Thank you very much for this great rating!
We can understand that its a high level of trust involved buying an item of high value from a company in crypto for the first time.
The most part of our customers get their purchases being checked and thats what we always recommend to do. Our platform works exclusively with reliable and reputable suppliers but its always best to get your own picture.
Thank your for your trust and see you soon:)

Overall great experience
Overall great experience. Its nice to be able to buy goods directly using crypto, and I hope this become more available. The choice of watches if great, and the customer service is outstanding!
Paying with ETH is very well supported and (I believe) should be put forward more!
I would love to see both the offered price and the retail priece of the pieces. As a watch enthusiast I completelly understand that some pieces (like the daytona) cannot be offered at retail price, and it is clearly states that some brands are proposed at a premium. This is no issue. On the other hand, I've seen that some Omega pieces are above retails, while others are below retail. Again, nothing I can't understand, but I would love that to be more clearly indicated (maybe a delta percentage, and comments about availability).
Last thing, while BitDials offer great service, FedEx doesn't ... This almost ruined my buying experience (in was I don't have the piece yet, still stuck in shipping :/). Apparently FedEx didn't receive my phone number (last digits were cut) which caused issues. I really Hope this gets fixed soon
EDIT: After writing the review, I was contact by customer support, who did everything they could to help me with the delivery. Despite this small thing, I received the watch according the the expedition delay announced at the time of the purchase. I am very happy with it, and I will definitely consider going through BitDials again. I cannot understate how helpful the customer service has been.

Thank you so much for taking the time
to leave us this awesome review, Hadrien.
We appreciate your time and effort in giving a detailed picture of your buying experience on BitDials.
We agree that it would be clearer to see the market price compared to the list price expressed as percentage next to each watch, but its rather impossible to implement in practice. We have a very comprehensive range on the one hand and a very complex and fast moving watch market on the other hand. Models we don´t have in stock which are very demanded and raise in value quickly and unpredictably are just available "on request", where we check current prices and availabilities, make an offer and activate the item if the customer agrees to buy. Our team is very supportive, fast in responding and loves the personal exchange with customers to discuss details and answer questions.
FedEx is a very reliable partner for fully-insured, express shipments. Unfortunately drivers don´t have the time to call customers and wait for them if they are not at home or the intercom is broken. As soon as a parcel leaves our storage, we don´t have much influence on it, but you can always contact us if needed and our team will support in finding a solution. We are happy that you have received your parcel, that´s what matters.
See you next time :)

One of a kind service
Bitdials assisted me in purchasing a jewelry item that was not even in their catalogue (now it is, though). Pleasant exchange with both Patrick and Julia from the team.
Looking forward to new deals.

Exceptional service and international delivery
Ordered a Cartier Tank for my partner, which was on a 4-6 week wait list.
Julia from the support team was incredibly proactive and attentive throughout the entire process, once the watch had shipped from their supplier in Germany it was in my hands within a day or two. Julia even gave me regular tracking updates and made sure I called FedEx at one point.
Overall, incredibly stress free experience and the goods were exactly as described. Took the watch into my local Cartier AD for an insurance valuation and they were very impressed by the price I paid!

Hi Petar,
we are so grateful for your 5-star review.
Thanks for sharing your rating with us and the community.
Some suppliers ship the warranty card separately from the watch due to security reasons,
we are sorry this was not communicated before shipment.
Of course, we solved it immediately and send the card out.
