Hope to do repeat orders in the future.

Thanks to the bitdial team !

All good, fast shipping.

Excellent company that delivers as they promise. Would definitely recommend and return.

First, i was afraid to buy on this website.
But Team is available to answer for my questions.
Delivery was fast.

Watch is beautiful

Thank you

Merci

After my first trial order from their 24h shipping section, which went perfectly, i decided to take my hands on a pre-owned model. I had some questions regarding the condition before my purchase, which were answered perfectly fast. They provided even more real pictures of the watch, so I was able to get a better understanding of the state of the watch. Overall I am just a huge fan of BitDials and their service.
To be able to cash-out here and there without having any trouble and combine that with beautiful products is just amazing.

Two watches received by BitDials.
- Excellent support, I received better support in my first purchase than some shops give their "VIPs"
- Incredible fast sourcing, both watches needed to be sourced, they gave me 15 days for one and 30 days for the other .. took them 3 days and 7 days to source it.
- Shipping was as expected, 1 day delivery inside EU.
What else can I say, you can buy ANY watch, it will be sourced in a RECORD time, with GREAT support, for me its my go-to watch shop from now on.

What a tremendous experience. Julia from support answered around 3 fairly random questions on several occasions prior to the purchase. I went to the local retailer and they didn't have the Audemars I was looking for - waiting list of 9 months. Bitdial had the item in stock, and though it was strange for me to spend this amount online, the raving reviews gave me confidence. The absolutely absurd thing here was that the item was ordered around 2 PM, and arrived to Spain from Germany the next MORNING. The box was in impeccable state, and the item I received is just a dream. I had it fitted to my wrist properly at the local retailer, and went out a happy camper. Thank you Bitdial.

Bitdials team was super efficient from the very begging to the end , communication was always very smooth, delivery was super fast . I strongly recommend this website , and I am sure I will be using their service again very soon , and Thanks Andre for all your hard work.

Very good experience, professional and fast. fast response and sweet personel.

Flawless transaction. I won’t ever consider buying my watches somewhere else again. Bitdials is that good, period.

Great support from Julia whenever I had questions. Watch delivered quickly and with good packaging. No issues at all.
Also, the watch itself is amazing!! :)

good communication good reception (with a very great packaging). 5 stars
