I made two orders, on February 21st and the other on February 24th. The first arrived on March 5th and the second today, but I think the post services are to blame.

They took one week to send the first and two and a half for the second, which they said it was because of something royal mail had change that was causing a delay.

My problem was with the lack of contact, because they don´t provide a tracking number and I wrote them once last week and they did not reply. With such bad reviews I feel I was lucky, but being honest I have had a good experience.

Scam! Order was paid and it is in processing state for a month! No way to contact or cancel the order.

All parts came cut off the sprue without any damage to the parts, came after a week but not as bad as the other reviews suggest

Sprue arrived missing the head of one of the three models, kit was snap fit so guess I will be sculpting a new one. Contacted them twice through their site with my order number over several weeks, no response. Wish I had checked the reviews here before ordering.

Horrific company. Should be shut down, takes your money. Doesn’t send your items. Absolutely no communication back. Judging by the reviews I’m the latest muppet to fall for it. Wish I’d seen the reviews before I ordered. Now in the process of trying to get my money back through the banks

Order confirmation received and payment taken. No further communication received and order has not arrived several weeks later. Tried to contact via webpage ‘order help’ form several times but no response… Have initiated charge back with bank. Maybe one to avoid…

Sadly used for years with no problem. Ordered in December and was missing a bit.
Despite several attempts to reach them no answer received.

Placed an order on Dec 5th, 2026. 8 days go by and nothing. No order confirmation, nothing beyond ''processing'' but they sure took my money seconds after ordering. Emailed their CS, got a response saying they will look into it and then 3 days of silence. Had to get a refund via Paypal which prompted their owners to finally respond and say I was needy for wanting to know when it will ship after over a week of silence.

The owner is a scammer, they dont send the entire order, and pocket the money anyway.

First and last order with them. 5-6 days to dispatch 1 small piece. Badly packaged. Im very surprised it didnt get damaged when the postman rammed it through the mail box. Also charged £3.49 for something that should have cost 87p. Never again!

I made an order on October 1st, it wasn't dispatched for nearly a month. When it arrived several items were missing and some weren't the items I had ordered. So I reached out via the contact form on thr website and they didn't reply. I tried again a week later and still didn't reply. I sent them an email and again, no response. I had to get paypal involved for a partial refund.

Avoid the seller. The dude sends bits it really piss poor condition. Not protection whatsoever. Just puts the parts in a guy and puts that in a thib envelope. And if your international prey it comes intact. Also I bought bits. The dude clipped them horribly, and when I go to ask for money back he gets all mad about it. Blocks me and renamed my account name to Thieving C**nt.

Avoid this bit seller. Terrible buisness run by a horrible individual.

No contact, no response, no acknowledgment of purchase. Seems to be a scam.

I've ordered once before and it was fine. This order however I've had nothing to confirm that the order is on the way and the contact form on the websites does not work.

After seeing all these reviews I'm growing concerned as it was quite an expensive order for bits at least. Hoping they see this and contact me as it seems impossible to get them to respond in the normal, standard practices.

Ordered a Lionel Johnson hipguard 3months ago, been waiting for them to answer my inquires about the shipping with no answer for 1 month.

Decent experience.
I was initially concerned after seeing the other reviews here and on reddit after placing my order, but I ordered a couple bits on the 13th sept, received them on the 20th sept. The bits were correct and packaged well.
Bits were sent royal mail 24, so it was the dispatch that was a bit slow, that's the only critique.

Do not buy from this website. It's been a month and there has been zero communication, zero status updates, nothing. I have to resort to finding out their email from a reddit thread (the contact form on their website don't work), and the owner, Mark, said he will look into it but never do.

TOTALLY SCAMMERS.
Never received the product. Poor comunication, they never answer.
They just keep the money.

Poor communication.
I placed an order for elements of the Skaventide box but needed to cancel it a couple of days later due to some unfortunate financial news. It took 4 emails and 2 weeks to receive a response from the company. There was no apology, just a single word reply. Very rude, very disappointing. Will not be using in future.

I've used them for years and loved the ability to get just the bit you needed, however I have now waited over six weeks for a few parts. No communication, have contacted them 5 times with no response, it's like talking to a wall. Really disapointing!
