Excellent service and qualty equipment. On the downside the machine could have had a more comprehensive specification description.

I placed my order over the Christmas holidays but as soon as the company re-opened it was dispatched on their first day back. I have used the company previously and so was aware that their customer service was excellent.Very happy with item, packing and service in general...still an excellent company to deal with as they were several years ago!

I received the computer I ordered just as you said I would. I didn’t realise it wasn’t touch screen is it possible to update.

There should be instruction mannual with the computers. Itsaid it will be windows 11 but its windows 10 and web camera not working.

Good value monitor. Came very well packaged and delivered on time

Ordering was easy online and item was despatched and delivered quickly. Unfortunately the wrong power cable was supplied. This was quickly resolved after I contacted them by email. I would have given 5 stars if not for this mix up and I feel their response to my email deserves 5 stars also. The computer I received looks in perfect condition with no scratches or dents and is working well.

These guys have saved my boys Xmas. I was building a first gaming pc for my youngest son. The motherboard I had did not support the cpu I had. I put out a cry for help and these guys helped straight away. I popped down to them and they gave me a compatible cpu. I could not be more thankful and so glad I’m now aware you guys exist. My gaming rig decided to blow it's motherboard and computer was in constant boot cycle, fans spin on then off, and no boot up to windows. They replaced it with a new higher spec motherboard and have my gaming rig back in working order. Highly Recommend.
