Ordered a Lenovo refurbished desktop,it was prompt delivery and appears virtually new,and it works a treat, marvellous service.

We first purchased a refurbished PC from Blackbarn Computers in 2020 and it has worked fine to this day. Microsoft is forcing millions worldwide to upgrade to Windows 11 then telling us we need to upgrade our hardware. We decided to replace only the hard drive. As an elderly couple we are not as good with technology as we once were. We couldn't get the sound to go through our speakers and if we left the drive in 'sleep' or left it on but didn't come back for some time, we found the screen black with the cursor key showing but we couldn't get back in without using the start button as if it was 'shut down'. Wesley tried to help us and then offered us a full refund, a replacement or to return it for him and his team to check. We chose the latter. They have gone above and beyond to help us. They could find nothing wrong so we purchased a new monitor, keyboard and speakers from them which arrived with our hard drive yesterday. It is now working perfectly. We assume the old ones weren't compatible with Windows 11. We would not hesitate to recommend this company. A friend purchased a laptop from them last year and is delighted with it.

I asked a few questions prior to purchase of my Dell 5070 which were answered quickly and clearly. Once purchased, the PC arrived quickly and securely (well packaged). All works as it should. Very happy with purchase and customer service.

The machine seemed almost new and is working fine as far as I can see.
The only real BUT for me is that you companies always ASSUME a buyer is functionally fine so you are a little complacent with the goods; no papers, just the [very fine] goods.
It could be a disabled or very old, unaware buyer so please consider this as we move further into the century!
