Just had my Monaco tub serviced and a jet blockage cleared under warranty. Excellent service all round and the chap who came to do the work was very polite and professional.

Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else!

Jake is a credit to this company, he ensured our complaint about a broken hot tub was resolved and even got us a upgraded model. I have recommended this company to all my friends and customers as they have hot tubs at great prices for the spec.

Second tub I have purchased from this company. Found products to be amazing VFM and much cheaper than anywhere else. The important part of the tub is the control panel and their products use the best.

I recommended them to someone else who also purchased

Great service from BlackDiamond Spas. Placed the order easily, received lots of good advice for what we wanted. Hottub came earlier as expected and they were here promptly. Jay and Clint were really friendly, helpful and gave us lots of information, talked us through what we needed to do which is so much simpler than what people have tried advising about the care of your hot tub. They cleaned up all their rubbish and left our home as they found it, plus an amazing Monaco 1 hot tub. It only rook 6 hours to warm up even though its meant to be more, we love it so far, would highly recommend 👌

Black diamond spas are only interested in selling hot tubs, they have no interest in after sales or if anything goes wrong.
I have been let down by this company so many times.
The latest is they sold me a faulty filter housing unit that cost me £260 for an engineer to fit.
They installed new pipe work to the filter housing, water poured out the top when it was switched on.
The engineer tried to fix the seal several times but deemed it faulty.

Had my Hot Tub from here about 18 months ago and have just had a service too.
Before buying the hot tub I had so many questions which the guys (Jake and James) patiently answered for me. The Customer service is great, friendly and helpful at all times. Had my service today and the guy who did it was super helpful and professional too. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I bought a Palma Spa hot tub last year, and stand by inital experience I shared. However, I wanted to leave a positive recent review after one of the jets failed, after turning off for a month over winter. Unfortunately Jet 1 was not operating, and after calling on a bank holiday weekend, James talked through the issue with me, and concluded it was a fuse. He was more than happy to get sorted and even suggested arranging something locally if I struggled with changing. I then spoke over the phone with him as the fuse came within 2 days, and a very easy process to change, and getting to see actually the inside of the workings was quite exciting (small things hey!). The fuse replacement fixed the issue, and only a few days down time on the tub. I'd like to extend my appreciation to James and team for helping me get sorted promptly. I'm sure, like me, they do not want after sales issues, but these things happen, and my experience here has been positive, and thankful hot tub was sorted quickly.

I would definitely recommend black diamonds spa the service was excellent when buying it the sales individual was so helpful and new what he was talking about same with the two installers that came to deliver and fit it Terry and John from the chesterfield distribution centre overall very satisfied.

Recently purchased from Black Diamond and had a great buying experience. Friendly sales staff with great product knowledge. The install team were amazing and worked very hard, answered all my questions and gave a very good training and demonstration.

After owning lazy spas and a rigid foam wave spa (avoid at all costs) we decided to make the big step forward and purchase a real 32amp hottub. After shopping around for a month or so we were told about Black Diamond Spa. After only 8 weeks I was told ours was ready for delivery.
So far so good. Jordon and Chris came to deliver our spa this morning, making the long trip south from their northern depot. Arrived earlier than expected and were great from get go. Spa was installed very professionally and the guys were great in helping set up and give lots of advice.
Can’t wait to get lots of time in our new tub. Would thoroughly recommend Black Diamond Spas.

As going away is restricted this year, we decided to invest in a new hot tub and decided to buy from Black Diamond. Ordering was easy , as was liaising with the company.
Chris and Jordan delivered and installed our new hot tub, great guys very helpful and had it installed in no time. Really pleased with everything. Thanks guys

I would like to say your quality of service and Customer care is amazing and top rated!! from 8:30 this morning I received a text saying that my hot tub would be delivered at 10:00 and they were on time!! very respectful and hard working individuals within no time the hot tub was placed on the location I asked for all the necessary hot tub operational instruction were given to me with all the necessary maintenance recommendations!! Excellent job from purchase to delivery!! excellent Customer Care!! Thank you!!

After a 4 month wait for delivery we eventually had our hot tub delivered this week - can’t thank Grant and Chris enough for a professional instal ! Over the moon with our purchase.
