Accidentally bought 2 pairs of trainers drove 40 mins to store to return pair as stated on receipt told would not refund as they had been delivered by Amazon staff rude

Grace was very impressive
Grace was very impressive, good product knowledge, helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we got the right fit.

No one knows the composition of the boots
Order arrived promptly. And wrapped in brown paper - very admirable. The problem arose with a label attached to the laces of both boots saying w
‘Waterproof’ and the label on the box saying ‘water resistant’. It took several hours of waiting on the phone to eventually talk to an advisor to clarify the matter. He hadn’t a clue and kept reading the inline blurb which was unclear. A total waste of several highly frustrating hours. I’ve reluctantly returned the boots.
