Blacks - Glasgow Opiniones 

I was in the Glasgow Argyle st today 8.3.25. I was in as I had bought a jacket on a previous visit in December but had since discovered that the hood had frayed and became faulty.
I had taken it into the shop for them to look at it and either replace or send it away to be checked by quality control. But I was met by a very abrupt manageress who refused to give me her name when I asked only stating I’m the store manager, which I have since found out it was Fran. Refusing to give me any help saying the jacket had been pulled. Even blaming my washing machine. She asked for my receipt which I pointed out I didn’t have as the jacket was bought in December but I have the bank transaction showing the day and time it was bought again I was met by her very bad manners saying no use. I asked for customer services and she kept saying it’s online again no help in finding it or writing it down. She eventually asked a member of staff to get his personal mobile and get it for me. He gave me the number instead. I would absolutely avoid the shop.

Visited yesterday and today and dealt with 'Top-floor Dan' who was really helpful and showed a lot of patience with me !!!!

Andrew was extremely helpful, kind and professional. I came in to buy a pair of hiking boots and he quickly found me something in my size that fit exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate how effortless the transaction was and I would 100% recommend Blacks!

The lady who served me, Frances Daniel, was so helpful. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Great price too. So glad that the store isn’t closing.

Customer service from Danial K in Blacks argyle street Glasgow was great friendly and welcoming. He was informative helpful and assisted me in picking up the choice for the shoes. I am happy with experience would definitely recommend and visiting the store great sale was on the day.

Went in looking for a backpack for my partner. Dan (top floor) was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, he gave great detailed advice and really knew the product inside out! He was super friendly and we had a great chat. Will definitely be coming back!

Came in for waterproof trousers. Received great customer service from Rachel while I the shop. Was in and out in no time!

Very helpful every time I visit a very nice lad called Daniel is always on when I visit shop he recognises me I’m don’t visit the shop that much every every 4 weeks or more

Went to store to buy some fleece tops. I was unsure about the price so asked sales assistant Rachel who checked the price for me and explained about the products. Rachel also served me and was friendly and professional throughout. The fleeces are really nice too both Peter Storm one was a Terry material. I buy a lot from Blacks so I will shop there again.

We visited shop today to look at choice of men’s jackets and with the help of red hair guy purchased a jacket. We have shopped at least 4 times recently and always been assisted by this chap. The reception was good. Rachel was willing to help me find what shoe would best fit my needs. Her vast pool of knowledge on the various types of shoes and what they offer came in along way. The Company's percentage off was handy in me getting the best possible shoe for a subsidised pricing. Thank you and keep up the great work.

As a small business owner - I often have to pop in and speak to the staff in Blacks at Argyle Street Glasgow when dropping off parcels. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.
I have an expensive 'down' full length coat that had a musty smell from being wet and popped in to ask advice on how best to wash it.
Andrew recommended a product for me to use and this was the same product the manufacturer of the coat had recommended too. He was very helpful and gave me good advice.
I popped into the shop today to thank him as the coat is as good as new.

Amazing service. Aaron was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the products we asked. Looking for a decent quality jacket approaching winter can be overwhelming with all the options but he was able to provide such great recommendations and fit for use. Very friendly and great experience.
