Excellent service at Blacks Salisbury when Ricky? exchanged gloves that hadn't fit properly for better ones. Helpful advice without undue pressure. Would always go there for outdoor clothing.

Great service to back up great products
Called in looking for a new pair of waterproof walking shoes. Served by Rich, who was warm, friendly, informative and very helpful. Discussed the merits of a couple of options without ever pressing for the sale. Even offered that, if we broke in the shoes at home, we could return if genuinely uncomfortable. Great service which resulted in the sale. I have purchased a number of items recently and good service is always at the heart of what the staff do. Definitely happy to recommend.

Salisbury store - friendly & helpful
I went to the Salisbury store to do a few size changes & returns after an online order and the member of staff made it very easy and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything that I needed.

I purchased a Eurohike 120L COB…
I purchased a Eurohike 120L COB headtorch (code:EHKAA10474BLK) at Blacks, Salisbury yesterday.
The sealed packaging clearly stated ‘3 x AAA batteries included’ and ‘Remove tab in battery compartment before use’.
I wanted to use the headtorch immediately - so imagine my disappointment when I discovered there were no batteries in the package at all.
Eurohike gave misleading Information and should revise their packaging
