I strongly suggest you avoid. Our salesman strung us along delaying the sale, he was unable to calculate properly and tried to over charge by £500 when the sums where correctly presented to him. The car wasn’t clean when we arrived to collect and the manual, service book and charging cable were removed from the car. After several weeks of trying to contact I found out the salesman had been fired (not surprising) I was still unable to get the manual and charging cable for the car. I have had to pay for this my self to be delivered as the owner Omar took a hit to his ego as I had vented my anger and frustration and the abysmal customer service.

If your purchasing any non luxury vehicle be aware they will treat you like an annoyance, with no respect and demand respect from you.

The stereotype of car salesman is live and well at Blackstone Motors, avoid at all costs.

Poor customer service . Bought the car . Was garaged for 6 months with minimal driving to keep it running . Noted few issues ,including concerns that car may have been in crash before , was told that I am lying and that car was not garaged. I lost trust and didn’t persue further .
Also got PPF done by them which started peeling off at some places , when contacted the guy who actually did PPF he didn’t respond to multiple text messages through wtsap .

Just had the most exceptional service when buying a vehicle. No pressure sale, excellent specification hard to find Porsche. Amazing range of vehicles and premises, but the best part was the people. What great guys to do business with with. Did everything thing they said they would and even delivered the car after work as a favour. Bought plenty of cars in life, know some friends that do car sales, and to be honest , Blackstone experience is without doubt up there with the best. Thank you again. See you soon.

Purchased my second car from Blackstone Motors last week.
The first being a Porsche Cayman S 2 years ago. It is a fantastic car and had the best spec, viewed it, test drove it and the deal was done.
My recent being a BMW 335d presented in fantastic condition. It needed some parts put back to OEM which they did. A great service with a great friendly team.
