Very good company. I have used them numerous times and all has went smoothly and delivery was fast. It'll be companies like this we thank for getting us into gold and silver when the big SHTF comes.

Awful experience Ordered online and paid in full. However, prices escalated and next day they emailed to say they had cancelled my order due to incorrect pricing. I'm sure they would not have done this had prices fallen ! Sadly as they already had my money, and due to the delay in the cancellation notification, I was unable to purchase from from another supplier before prices soared.
Unprofessional deceptive company with horrendous follow up customer service providing endless lies and excuses.
My advice is to stay clear of this company and don't be ' done' like I was !

after using this company for years they totally screwed me over. i paid for my items in full at the time of purchase on their website. after a couple days when i didnt recieve a postal tracking number, i checked me email and found that they wanted pictures of my passport, but this was a to distract me from the fact that they never really had the items that they advertised. after a couple of phone calls and emails they admitted that they didnt really need a picture of my id, and also they didnt have the coin's which i had paid for. i have spoken to barclays fraud team and am in the process of trying to get my money back.

Ive ordered off pretty much every bullion company and some are good and some are bad, needles to say i will never use the latter ever again, anyone i give my hard earned to must offer great if not exceptional customer service, Bleyer has been a great experience from ordering to delivery, which i must add was prompt and superbly packed, I would say its the best packing that i have experienced! Which protected the Goddess Europa 1kg bars they are a beautiful example and are a must for any collection although i wish they had more than the four as i would have liked ten as they are a bespoke coin bar and i have never seen them anywhere else?!
I also purchase two of the zodiac coins and they are another lovely coin and are a great gift for anyone.
I will keep my eye on what Bleyer have to offer moving forward

Some UK bullion are difficult to order when overseas and after a great deal of monitoring online, I found Bleyer was taking pre-orders for the coin I was looking for (4 August) and after some extended waiting due to the Royal Mint's production issues, I received the coin (2 November) after a couple of months' delay. The Bleyer team kept me posted with updates, even though I never queried after that status of the order. But I had no reason to doubt. As a test, I ordered another bullion as a gift to a friend in the Wales and she received it a few days later, delighted. As an overseas purchase, one could easily be nervous about the quality of the goods as well, as there must be a reliability on the part of the seller as much as the buyer can afford to trust. In this instance, I am simply delighted by my experience.

Recently started with PM's and Bleyer has been nothing but helpful with fast secure packaging and going the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy no matter the cost of the order. I even had an issue during transit (Not Bleyers fault) and without question Bleyer were there to help. They say to judge someone on how they treat their underlings, not their equals, And Bleyer has certainly shown they're polite kind and professional from start to finish and no matter what your net worth you will still get that service.

I originally used Bleyerbullion 5+ years ago before having a few years break from investing. I recently started using them again as they have always provided a good customer service and today is an example of that. They called me out of courtesy just to let me know that my pre-order was now in stock and would be delivered tomorrow.

Recently bought two separate items and they arrived next day after placing my order. Very fast delivery and good prices on gold. At a time when other bullion companies are slow to deliver or barely have stock. I shall be ordering from this company again.

I highly rate this bullion dealer! Very kind and assuring staff, competative prices and communication was excellent. Even called me up to tell me when a certain product was in stock (never had to do no chasing myself). Good service goes a long way.

Was trying to find a company that would offer me a sensible price on a Palladium Coin. Bleyer were the only one that got anywhere near the real spot price of the metal. Quickly came back to me with their offer, sent the coin the same day (Royal Mail Special delivery) and had Bleyer's payment into my account before close of play the next day - well pleased with the whole process.

I used this company for the first time this week, was having problems registering so Caroline phoned me and sorted that plus my order she's a very pleasant helpful lady, my order arrived within 48 hours, they have a wide range of bullion & coins at competitive prices and some very useful information and tips on bullion and coins, I will definitely be using them in the future.
