Incredible service with a very caring and loving nature towards my dogs. The groom was great. Definitely coming back.

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I had both of my dogs booked in and was hoping to get them cleaned up before our trip in three days since they’re coming with us. My partner ended up being stood up outside the salon, and I wasn’t told at all that she wouldn’t be able to take them. I texted and called with no reply. I asked my partner to try calling a few minutes later, and she answered right away—she said she was double-booked and wasn’t sure what happened.
I totally understand that double booking can happen — we’re all human. Taylor said she’d review her calendar when she’s free to try and squeeze us in before we leave. She also offered to take my dogs the next day since it’s her day off.
I explained I had a doctor’s appointment and asked if we could move it an hour earlier. That wasn’t possible, so I suggested 12 o’clock instead. That didn’t work either because “her day would be gone” — she insisted on 10:30 a.m.
It’s really frustrating because I planned my whole day around taking my dogs to this appointment, and after being stood up, I was already trying to reorganize tomorrow. Yet she couldn’t adjust even an hour to accommodate me. Honestly, a pretty poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend.

This does not even deserve one star.
A very unprofessional owner who treats her staff appalling. This robbing lady still owes my younger sister wages from working at this company. When approached about this, you get nothing but attitude and that she is sorting it. Taking advantage of younger girls working for her, disgraceful.

Hi from the initial experience with our enquiry. Taylor was the height of professionalism-she explained everything really well and met our expectations. We have been trying to find someone who actually hand strips borders rather than stating they do and then finding out that our dog had been sheared. Our dog Angus was happy when we left him and still had his bounce when we picked him up. This in itself states he had been well treated and he looks brilliant. We will definitely be returning to Blingbabes next year.

My dog lady loves going to be groomed there. The Staff are so caring & patient. I trust them with my dog she comes out beautifully groomed & smells amazing i would Highly recommend .

Took our dog for her nails to be clipped, in the past this has been a nightmare as she hates having her feet touched.
They were absolutely fantastic with her and she had no problems letting her cut her nails, we will definitely be using again.

Taylor is lovely & did a brilliant job at our dog Islay's 1st groom with Blingbabes. Very friendly, helpful and obviously knowledgable about dogs. Very kind to Islay & is clearly a dog person. Will definitely use again for both Islay & our other dog, Bramble

Our daisy has been to her favourite place for a pamper she looks absolutely gorgeous as always.. she is booked in again and so is our Billy so happy Taylor and her staff are amazing . Highly recommended see you soon xx

Took my chihuahua x miniature dachshund for her first professional groom, she came out looking lovely and tidy and smelt amazing. We were put at ease immediately with how kind and caring Taylor was and her professionalism and knowledge was fabulous

I dropped off my little pomeranian today and Wilson made his presence known off he went for his full pamper.

I had a text to give me pick up time which I loved so I could time it around work.

He came out all fluffy and pampered they did what I asked to the tee and clearly showed him alot of love and cuddles

He has smelt beaut all day 😍 I'm so happy thankyou ladies xx

I had an outstanding experience with Blingbabes dog groomers! They displayed exceptional care and expertise in grooming my dog. The staff are super friendly and my dog looked and smelled amazing afterward. I highly recommend them for their top-notch service and professionalism. Five stars!

I am so pleased I found Blingbabes. My golden retrievers love coming here, they run straight in (they never used to be a fan of being groomed). Taylor is so knowledgeable and clearly adores dogs. She makes time after the groom to highlight any concerns and give advice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Blingbabes!
