Most unprofessional company I’ve come across. All they do is lie about professionals not being able to work or cancelling last minute, even if the booking is confirmed.
Get better management and better customer service.

Really poor customer service from Blow…
Really poor customer service from Blow Ltd management team and hair colour treatment. Unhappy with my hair since Thursday and a representative has not called me back to discuss the poor outcome of my hair. Unfortunately, the colourist had limited skills as she made my hair orange as opposed to ashy beige despite discussing I did not want my hair to have orange tones. My 1st experience with Blow Ltd and even more unhappy with the failure to be contacted by the team.

Complete con. I booked a waxing appointment, waited at home, nobody contacted me, I couldn’t get through to technician or support on app. I then received an email saying the beautician had been trying to contact me and waited half an hour, which was blatantly untrue. I was charged £75 and still can’t get through by phone. I used this company pre Covid but it’s now seriously dodgy and I would advise anyone never to use it.

We had an extremely busy day on Saturday, and unfortunately, although our Booking team tried hard, we couldn't find an available professional for you.
For our Saturday bookings, we do recommend to book a couple of days in advance as our professionals get booked up quickly, especially during the festive season, but I know this isn't always possible so I can only apologise.
While the App does show when our professionals are available, this doesn't always guarantee a booking as a professional still needs to accept your booking. This may not happen as they may have bookings on either side, or are no longer available and haven't updated the App.
I have sent you an email to follow up and apologise, so please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

I had a gel manicure from Gee and she was fantastic. The neatest manicure I’ve ever had, she showed genuine care to my nails and it’s so useful to be able to have my nails done as a treat at home while bouncing the baby with a foot because I can’t go to a salon now!
