I have to WARN YOU AGAINST BLUE DIAMOND PANS!!!
I bought two BD-pans two months ago and both is going right in the trash.
Non-stick is gone, both crooked and the bottom has weird burn marks you can't clean.
The cheapest pan from IKEA is way better than Blue Diamond pans!!
DON'T EVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!! 🤮🤮

Do not listen to what some may say, listen to the majority, because the positive reviews are those paid to say it or dont actually use it. It sucks! Its the worst app i have ever seen since the history of the internet! Blue Diamond was installed in my condo building and its useless, complete piece of junk! Total scam to whomever is responsible for paying for this lousy service. Its supposed to open doors to get in buyilding and elevators, etc, NOTHING works, EVER! First i thought my phone was messed up but no, the phone is only 2 years old, then noticed everyday, people punching the device, cursing at it, etc. If you have an opportunity run from this lousy incompetent, lazy scamming lowlife company! They dont even offer customer support, yep you heard it, a company that sells tech item doesnt give support, no phone number, no email, nothing!

Everything sticks to the frying pan, even from the first time I used it.

Could as well have used a tile from the garden. Everything stick to this pan 😮‍💨

I bought the Blue Diamond frying pan, and I only bought it, because it was supposed to be nonstick, it’s not like it was Cheap. Well I’m so disappointed, and I hate using it because every time I use it, it always sticks on the pan. It’s still new, and I want to throw it out. I hate when my food sticks to my pan. Well I should have bought from tefal.

Very helpful bought 2 windbreakers for camping 1 broke contacted company chris very helpful and sent me another one next day what a good man ,not many company's have staff that helpful

What excellent customer service from a lovely lady called Chelsea!
After experiencing a blowout in our air awning while holidaying in west Wales a new inner bladder was dispatched from their depot and arrived at the campsite within 24hours. They also offered to guide me through the repair over the phone. Chris facilitated this via phone and then facetime to ensure I was fully aware of what needed to be done.
Thank you for a level of customer service that is sadly declining.

I was experiencing a very small loss of pressure on one of the beams of my new Outdoor Revolution Movelite awning. Spoke with the team at Blue Diamond who got me to check the valve tightness but when that didn’t solve the issue sent me a replacement bladder. First one arrived damaged so a replacement was sent straight away. Really good to deal with and ultra quick responding to emails. Great service and thanks to Chis and the team.

I called this company last week regarding a faulty hand pump i had and spoke to a gentleman regarding thie fault, he was very helpful and advised me to try a few different things to rectify the problem , i tried but no luck so he said, don't worry we will send you out a replacement that got within 4 days. Great customer service A++++++++++

We had a wonderful Customer Experience at Cadbury Garden Centre Congresbury, Bristol recently. Alan and all the team in the outdoor furniture area were extremely attentive and helpful - they listened to our needs, guided us carefully and was in no way “salesy”.

We left ordering the furniture to the last minute in preparation for a garden party, but with Alan’s help it was delivered extremely quickly and in time for our party.

The furniture itself is wonderful - great quality and has transformed our garden into an outdoor room we can now enjoy.

Love my Outdoor Revolution Movelite Kombi awning which is now 7 years old. Unfortunately last weekend I discovered that one of my air tubes had a slow leak/puncture and kept collapsing so I rang Blue Diamond and spoke to Chris a couple of days ago who was really helpful and sourced a replacement compatible tube (my model of awning is discontinued now) to be sent out to me for a sensible price which has arrived today. I've installed it today and fingers crossed my problem will now be fixed and my awning will be back to full working order again. Thanks Chris.

Ordered some tent pegs great service I had some plastic thing missing in my pack contacted customer service and straight away a new lot sent out to me very professional definitely order again from them thank you

I purchased a caravan awning from this company, and had a small pr with it, but this company handled the situation very efficiently and sent me a replacement, no questions asked. I dealt with Chris and Jason, and they gave me a first class service thanks guys. Charles.

The windbreak poles are utterly useless. First time use and lasted 2 days!! Metal tops are fine, but 3 poles broke at the metal spike end after just one windy night. Very bad design :(
