Terrible customer service. Unprofessional, not responsive. Order arrived for delivery via pergola tech and is sat with them for a week with no customer contact to notify delivery timing. Not able to select delivery date/time window. Complete black box of a process. Will not ever use this company again.

I would not have wanted to attempt to put up the Pergola myself. That roof is not that straightforward. Excellent service at a fair price. It takes three experienced guys with the right tools about two hours.
I would certainly recommend them.

Great experience, great product, the guys clearly know their stuff, it was assembled quickly and they cleared up after themselves. Gary and Connor did a great job of delivering and installing our 3x3 pergola. They kept us informed of the day before and on the say. It was a miserable wet day but they remained cheerful throughout. They asked all the right questions to make sure it was put up exactly where we wanted, bolted down and tested. Cleared up and left everything in good order. Very happy with the result

Jon and his team were fantastic. They rebuilt and rectified my deponti product that had been badly installed. The team’s technical knowledge was excellent and they clearly know this product inside and out. After having months of problems, they sorted out my issues in 2 days. Their attention to detail was reassuring and impressive, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Excellent team.

John & Gary were very efficient and did a great job installing the pergola we purchased from ATM Living. The pergola looks great and it was brilliant that the guys tidied and took all the packaging away with them. Looking forward to getting the screens fitted next.

Tony and Stu were brilliant, super quick, arrived when they said they would, asked before completing the bolt down and cleared away all packaging.

I bought a pergola from this company I didn’t know the arrival date but arrived earlier than I expected, even better. They came to deliver it and they didn’t know I had purchased with installation ( just a misunderstanding ). Straightaway they offered to came back next day ( Sunday) to install. John and Kalium were great, very professional and friendly, not even the rain put them off. They had some issues as my garden has an inclination but they did their best. I totally recommend them. I love my pergola, a really nice complement to my garden.

The guys came as agreed on time,site was cleared and ready to go,Tony and Stu soon got to work and put the pergola up in no time a super efficient very pleasant, Cheers boys

The team that came & built the Gazebo did a first class very efficient job. Right from keeping us informed of their arrival (which was spot on time) to completing the build in a 2 hour window. All 3 of the team were hard working & very professional.

John and Dan arrived on time to fix harbour lifestyle pergola installation as blind wouldn’t stay up and one of the sliders wasn’t screwed in correctly, John knew exactly how to sort as both sliders were on the wrong sides, so after replacing one of the blinds both sliders were fitted correctly and blind now working correctly.
