Visited the cinema for the first time in a good few years. The queue for sweets was to long. The ticket scanning staff were dismissive and not helpful, we were in the studio (I didn't even know they had a studio!) Lady just pointed vaguely in the direction we should go to find the screen. We used the toilet to the left of the sweet stall (by the dismissive ticket lady) and it was the dirtiest toilet I've seen, tissue all over floor, filthy toilet exterior and pubes on the sink.
This next part is probably personal preference but the movie sound was so loud, I had to put my headphones in and use the noise cancellation to suffer the next few hrs.
£70 odd quid lighter (after tickets and drinks for 4).... will not be going again.

Always a pleasant trip to Bluewater. Great day what ever the weather, I really enjoy the outside spaces especially the nature walk around the pond aways a great way to relax for and get some fresh air. A great selection of restaurants to choose from and the updated toilets are alway spotless. Looking forward to seeing the new Next shop open soon.

I visited bluewater with my friend Danny who has Sen.
We could not find the changing place toilet so I had no choice to change him in the baby changing facility
which was not good as the Nappy bins were overflowing.

Been going there since it opened many many years ago
Now got a Primark there and place is horrendous
Not the posh place it always was
Give it a miss on a Sunday the whole place is like a kids school at closing time

The cinema experience with reclining seats is 5 * We visit almost every week and usually have no problems. Since
the closing of the ticket office for self service there has been an issue . The queue in the sweet area is time-consuming, staff not knowing the how to book, computers not working Slow to resolve issues. Request to move to 3 different tills If you arrive on time for cinema its likely you will miss the beginning of your film What's more the friendly front of house staff could advise on films, discounts etc
New arrangement is not working !

i lost a sephora bag in bluewater, i called customer service to have them look for it and they were extremely helpful and i got it back!

I went to the perfume shop and this lady Barbara helped me so much and she was so kind really good Customer Servise I would recommend again to buy for my daddy

Worked and shopped there since 1999.
The standards for the ladies rest rooms are absolutely disgraceful.
It’s more down to the people using the restroom and having no repercussions for the staff hey leave it.
But also Bluewater don’t help the situation with having hand dispensary empty because it leaks and the hand dryer not working for the past 3 years!
Hygiene comes bottom of the list to them.

I visited HMV in Bluewater today. I was helped by Elaine 0875. She was very helpful and kind. I was very satisfied with my purchase

Purchased a under counter treadmill on 4th March 2024 from shopify WINDWARD BLUEWATER LTD apparently got dispatched on 6th Match 2024 payment was taken, sent NUMEROUS EMAILS and with no reply and STILL NOT RECEIVED my item obviously scammed

Black sheep coffee, first time going there and it was a lovely experience, the man that served us was so polite, friendly and asked us if we had ever been before, I ordered a Vietnamese coffee and he explained that it did have condensed milk in and was it ok( hell yeah it was ok, it was blooming lovely ) my other half enquired about the strong coffee too and in all the time we was there he’s attention was on us the customer at all times, very professional man, will definitely be back as there coffee is so good, we normally go to Starbucks or Costa but this was such a nice coffee, Thankyou to the man that served us this evening around 7pm this evening.( sorry i don’t know your name )

Lost money on an expired gift card. Why do gift cards have an expiry date? Keeping cash that is not yours is stealing! Shame on you Bluewater management.

Browns of Bluewater.
Visited today 2nd March for breakfast. We had items missing from our order and all 4 breakfasts were luke-warm. Service was not very friendly either.
The manager knocked a small amount off as a way of apology but we will not be repeating this experience.

We had a mixed experience, had a lovely meal at Bills as usual, but the amount of teenagers gangs hanging around in groups , bumping into us , hogging The toilets was ridiculous. Something needs to be done. This would definitely put me off going in the future..

The KFC at Bluewater was an absolute joke. We ordered food and waited 90 minutes for them then to cancel it. Don’t waste your time ordering food from there go somewhere else

Clarks Shoes. What a joke the staff are. Couldn’t get served in the children’s section despite at least two members of staff hanging around doing nothing. When approached they said they couldn’t help as they were waiting for an expected rush in the adult section (no rush appeared!) Needless to say shoes not purchased and will not be going back.

Dunno why the negative reviews are about, its a great place to shop, spend time, have coffee eat something, and go home. Nice people of the area, we traveled from london to get there.

good shopping. caters for clothings. beauty. toys. skincare. you can find most stores here.
depends on the time of day and festivities, it can be quite busy. good sitting areas, designer shops are located in same area.
shopping is easy to access. parking available all around the shopping mall in various parking zones. toilets are easily assessible.
staff.... cant find them around unless at customer service. maps available in leaflets and there are stationary stands at the end of each floor.
prices can be slightly higher than regular shops but can also be cheaper as well. it depends on what offer the shops have. there is security around the mall and you notice them too.

clean. neat. shout out to their cleaners and janitors too.
quite a large area to walk. good for kids that love walking or running around. there is a sandy play area outside the mall. there are ducks.

Jones bootmaker Bluewater, i feel bad for the staff working there as a white haired man in colourful button up shirt who was constantly yelling “anyone free” in the middle of the floor with a large group of people shopping whilst never actually coming back with anyone’s shoes and leaving the poor girls with 4+ customers each. Left store unhappy.

Gift card expired a few days ago, but concierge desk couldn’t add time on, (to be fair they guy at the desk did try to help) but was told to contact EML and they would be able to help. Nope! They refused to refund or transfer onto another card. This was for a gift for my daughter and as we had building works done, misplaced the card. Now found it and it looks like it expires on the 19th of this month. EML hiding behind Bluewater refusing to help. £70 in their pockets. Will never get a gift card from their again- Avoid!
