The day I was fuming all the way to an answering machine
I did not like waiting in all day for nothing. Was told be at mine from 8am till 5pm but came at 7.40am in the morning as I seen on door ring bell while I was at the shop. Then when I phoned up to explain was told they still will be coming. Phoned again at 4.30pm told if not there by 6pm phone us to see we're they are phoned at 6pm answer machine said we're closed at this point i was fuming as expected as I wasted a whole day. Then the next day got phone call off a driver who was absolutely 100% professional said he'd be at mine in 20 minutes and was picked car up and I got paid in the bank within an hour. I would recommend this company even though I had a disappointment at first. My advice to company is the driver should phone client and speak to let customers know what time roughly there be there. Thank you

Excellent customer service
From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. I spoke to Alex who was so reassuring and warm but professional. Everybody else I spoke to and communicated to was very professional. It took less than 24hrs to have the car picked up and the money deposited into my bank account ...impressive! I would recommend them to anyone.

Very efficent
Never heard of the company before but they gave a me a fair price, paid a deposit before even collecting my vehicle, transport was arranged and I was paid the same day. Really straight forward and glad to be rid of a broke car.
