Bolton Construction & Restoration Opiniones

These guys are top notch and were great to work with from start to finish. Fitted us in at short notice to save a collapsing stone building and have done a terrific job to underpin and repair. Easy to coordinate with, lovely workmanship and consideration to prevent issues again in the future. Everyone really interesting to chat with and great to have around. Can’t go wrong. Thanks and see you again no doubt!

We have used Bolton Construction a number of times. Most recently they repaired a fallen down porch. This included repairing the stone columns either side and making a completely new roof. They even hand carved a design into the wood at the top of the wooden facia to match the original design. Since then they have installed a glass balustrade. This has now given us a flat roof that looks fantastic and we can all use safely. They are extremely reliable , exceptionally good at what they do. Very polite and cheerful. We wouldnt use anyone

I cannot recommend this company more highly. They have completed numerous projects in our heritage property with outstanding craftsmanship, attention to detail and traditional techniques including a cottage renovation, hard landscaping, kitchen renovation and fireplace restoration. The team are hardworking, reliable, knowledgeable and honest. All projects completed to the highest standard.

We commissioned Bolton Construction and Restoration to do major and somewhat tricky refurbishment work on our converted annexe building. This involved rebuilding of the tiled roof with velux windows, installing drainage, rebuilding walls with extensive damp proofing to a high technical spec, re plastering and the installation of the kitchen and bathroom.
Will made intelligent plans for the work, explained his methods thoroughly and achieved effective solutions to the many challenges that presented. He was a pleasure to have around the property, always punctual and incredibly hardworking. We knew we were lucky to get him for this job and we were very pleased with the excellent result.
We would highly recommend Bolton Construction for all building and roofing work.

The quality of craftsmanship throughout the renovation was exceptional. From the kitchen remodel and living spaces to the finishing details, every aspect of the project was completed to a very high standard. The team was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to delivering a result that reflected our vision while providing practical recommendations along the way.
What stood out most was their ability to combine construction expertise with a customer-first approach. They kept us informed throughout the renovation process, stayed focused on quality, and consistently delivered on their commitments.
