Get it from me, I won £4500 and after waiting 15 working days, they said I broke a rule so they had to close my account and keep the winnings, I never used any of their freebies, I am still chasing the complaint I’ve raised to an external medium. I could give a 0 if I would. The worst site ever. Mind you you can only withdraw £500 every 15 working days

Another conning casino deposited £400 in total played won £425 went to withdraw and it won’t let me. The online chat doesn’t work and now I shall go to bank with proof and reclaim the money.
Again really annoyed I didn’t read the reviews first.

These bast**ds give other genuine casino’s a bad name well I will get the money back from my bank and need to shit this site down.

i wish i had checked trust pilot reviews before depositing here, minimum withdrawal of 250, finally hit the goal and more then theres a max withdrawal and how you withdraw using the card is incorrect, i try to make support and now response, for too long. Finally i never got my winnings

Quite simply appalling. No response to any emails sent to support team - bit of a misnomer as it's non existent. I'd go for no stars if it were an option.

Still using my personal data and I'm still trying to find out what other data they have and are still using.

I've tried on numerous occasions to close my account sent over 15 emails to this company to deactivate my account , as i have a gambling problem the agents you chat too fob you off with an email as they can't close it, this site is totally irresponsible even thiugh they advertise responsible gambling, im in 2 minds as to whether or not sue them for gambling losses for there irresponsibillty.
