I would have given 5 stars, but..
I would have given 5 stars, but for the inability to call the store directly and talk to the person you’re dealing with. Why do I have to ring an 0345 number and talk to an unnecessary third party?
Everything else was very professional and made my choice of hearing aid very easy. The testing was thorough and confirmed to me my need for a hearing aid. Thanks to John Marsden.

Listened to my problems and suggested I try a different style of hearing aid and let me test a pair and then ordered them for me so I could swap the in ear pair for behind the ear. Made the experience stress free.

Good service, met my needs
I have had hearing difficulty for a while so decided to do something about it. I received a timely letter from Boots offering a free hearing test. I booked on line, received a full hearing consultation and have ordered a hearing aid. The process was professional, everything was explained and I am pleased with the outcome.
