My hearing test
The audiologist was.both knowledgeable and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he put us at ease straightaway , gave a very informative description of what he was going to do and what results would look like. He also explained all about the different hearing aids and the cost.

Room for hearing test setup was noisy, making accurate listening impossible.
Would have liked more information on how earphones work together, but didn’t know what questions to ask until after the event.
All fairly minor niggles but detracted from the quality of the purchase experience.
