Was a little apprehensive, but found the audiologist very friendly. She explained how the hearing test would be carried out.

The appointment was for my mother who is oxygen dependent and in a wheelchair. The lady who looked after my mom was excellent in her knowledge and was very accommodating to the wheelchair.

Saffiyah was very patient with my mum, Susan Forman and we collect her new aids on Monday so hoping they will make a difference to her life.

Audiologist was very professional. Polite and courteous. She listened to my needs and explained everything well. At no time did I feel pressured to buy from Boots.
