I was reluctant to go for a hearing test I had actually been putting it off, but I’m so pleased that I went because to Audiologist was so professional, and kind putting me at ease and explaining everything. The hearing aids were small and comfortable, my hearing was so much clearer, I cannot thank her enough.

The tester was very professional & put you at ease very quickly making it a very comfortable examination.

The audiologist was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't realise I needed hearing aids until she put some in my ears and I could hear so clearly !

My mother went for a consultation at Boots at the age of 95, with little hope of there being any chance of her being able to hear. To my amazement she can hear again , thanks to the time and patience shown. I could see that it meant as much to her as it did to us. Well done

The consultant made adaptations to the process to ensure I was supported throughout given my inability to fully participate due to my speech difficulties.

I was put at ease during the hearing test and my options were clearly explained. The costs and benefits were put to me so I could make an informed decision.
