The company am dealing with has no knowledge of them.

PLEASE SHOW ME PROOF THAT I SIGNED A DOCUMENT ENGAGING YOU. They bombard you with pointless repeat emails allegedly 'updating' you of the Government position on a claim. They think they are being crafty so they can claim we are 'acting on your behalf'. I do not recall engaging them hence I requested they supply proof of such engagement. What document did I sign to say you can act on my behalf? Also, if indeed you have carried out work on my behalf, send me a bespoke itinerary of the work that you have done. Imaging charging 47% of compensation pay-out fees. Not just extortionate but clear and pure greed. Shame on you!!
