This is my second time of using BHF and I'm very satisfied with the service and both items I have now purchased off them. Excellent delivery team too.

Very helpful, polite and understanding, helped me out a lot as a first time buyer by holding on too the fridge for just over a month, so couldn't be more thankful too this company.

Very friendly and welcoming, explained everything about the product and how they grade them.

Will definitely return if and when I need anything also will definitely recommend to others.

Due to my disabilities, I am unable to use the mattress and I am currently trying to sell it. As new only used ONCE (slept on). I have no complaint regarding the product it is just not suitable for me!

This is how it should be done. Amazing prices and incredibly helpful staff.
I've saved an absolute fortune on my cooker and washing machine, plus no surprises with 'sorry Sir, it's out of stock, but we can get one similar here from Cwmbran by a next week', or wasting time with clueless shop assistants.

Helpful and fast response via messenge. Ordered Fridge Freezer late Thursday evening and was able to collect next day. Fridge was loaded onto our van for us quickly with no trouble. Very happy with purchase at an excellent price also. Would recommend and will buy from BHF again .

Visited the store today in need of a dishwasher and the lady that helped me couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant.i was helped with all my question and purchased one. The gentleman that helped bring it and load it for me. I will defiantly be returning if I need and more items.

Lovely helpful family run business, knowledgeable and not pushy. Delivery and fitting service used, had to be 5*.

Called in BHF on a recommendation from a friend after the wenches fridge freezer gave up the ghost , Argos/curry’s were 12-14 days for delivery and no collection available. What I found was a really helpful family run business with no pressure salesperson, I was soon on my way home with a very nice new fridge freezer and happy wench 😁, what is there not to love ? Thankyou BHF and yes I shall be using their services again 100%

I don't often write reviews but I felt that I had to sing the praises of this company. From the moment I entered the shop to delivery nothing was too much trouble thier service was second to none. I would highly recommend them and will be returning. Chris was very informative a genuinely nice person who went above and beyond nothing was too much trouble .
