Nach ca 2 Wochen immer noch nichts verschickt, obwohl die ware bezahlt ist

I was in bq Bangor today and was helped by there manager Mark, I cannot speak highly enough of the great service and help he gave us thank you Mark regards Debbie, Bernie

Phantastischer Service, abends bestellt, am nächsten Tag bereits geliefert. Besser geht es wirklich nicht, nochmals vielen Dank.

Trotz Reklamation kein Rücksendeetikett und keine Antwort auf mehrere Emails!

Habe ein Multitool bestellt, Bestätigung erhalten,habe sofort bezahlt. Ware kam nicht, auf Nachfrage hieß es,Lieferung 8.KW.
Bestellung war am 24.1.2021, Nachfragen wurden falsch beantwortet.Es hieß, Verzögerung wegen Corona !Dann kam die Nachricht, keine Lieferung mehr, das Tool wird nicht mehr hergestellt. Alles gelogen. Habe "in Verzug" gesetzt,"Deckungskauf vorgenommen(natürlich gab es das Tool anderswo, nur etwas teurer).Seitdem keine Antworten mehr.
Diese Firma gibt falsche Antworten oder garkeine mehr.Nicht zu empfehlen.

Schlechte Kommunikation via Mail ! Bestellung wurde nach 10 Tagen OHNE vorherige Rückmeldung storniert, zumindest wurde es so in meinem Profil angezeigt. Eine Telefonanruf meinerseits am Folgetag schaffte Aufklärung. Jedoch, auf 2 Mails im Vorfeld wurde NICHT reagiert! Tuen Sie sich einen Gefallen! Kommunizieren Sie mit den Kunden, und sei es nur durch einen knalligen Hinweis auf der Starthomepage, dass die Beantwortung der Mails (momentan) nicht zeitnah stattfinden kann und man sich bei Fragen oder Anmerkungen besser direkt telefonisch meldet.

Tried over numerous weeks to plan and order kitchen on site staff were really good and very helpful but we were all frustrated by bq chaotic supply and delivery systems. Bq have a fast response customer service but staff have no authority or influence to change anything so just a waste of time ..In the end I lost so much confidence in them actually delivering the goods I cancelled my 6k kitchen order...

Absoluter Sche*ß-Laden. Artikel gekauft und wurde von BQ Warehouse nach Abschluss des Kaufvertrages widerrechtlich storniert.
Weder die Bestellbestätigung noch die Stornierung wurde per Email mitgeteilt. Auf meine Anfrage hat sich seit 4 Tagen auch keiner gemeldet.

Zwei hochpreisige Messer bestellt, beide innerhalb der angegebenen Lieferzeiten zugestellt.

My husband and I are not usually fans of big warehouse DIY centres, but I’ve got to say that B&Q Crewe has some of the most helpful and knowledgeable staff we’ve ever dealt with.
Special mention to Mike (I think) in the garden centre area for helping us out and educating us on winter planting!!!

B & Q Ashford Kent, Trade point, don’t reply to Emails, when you call them up and get advised to email in with Photographs with the evidence of the dead mouldy turf that we had just purchased and laid , Following up the email we have called back several times and Sent emails too and NOTHING ! We’re two months on and still no reply !!!!

Ein Taschenmesser retourniert und keine Rückmeldung von BQ Warehouse. Bereits die 3. Email geschrieben wo mein Geld bleibt, keine Antwort !! Da bleibt wohl nur der Juristische Weg um sein Geld wieder zu bekommen....

The crewe store in lockdown call at the store today after a Q for around 35 minutes I got in the staff are fantastic and a credit to the company well done Team BQ crewe

Habe in dem Shop zwei Messer gekauft kann nur sagen, besser geht es nicht, beste Preise schneller Lieferservice und ganz wichtig für mich sehr gutes Rückmeldeverhalten telefonische Erreichbarkeit
Rückruf erhalten alles top kaufe gerne wieder dort ein.

Don’t email or phone this company, customer service a joke, placed order for £300. Needed to add to order emailed waited week for reply then told orders under 50 delivery charged I was aware of this I had already paid original order, customer service had not read email just blanket answer, appalling never shop again with this company amazon sell everything they have .

Went to Doncaster store for some compost.
The staff were very helpful.
They took me to the compost, where they were very helpful asked me what the compost was for. Plus told how many bags they thought I would need.
