I had an issue with my washing line that is nearly 2 years old. I reached out to the customer services team and i got a response within 2hrs. A few pics sent along with the invoice and a new item arrived in 5 working days. Excellent very happy thank you.

I had a problem with my rotary washing line, with the blue “button” sticking and not allowing me to lift up the arms. I contacted Jo at Brabantia, who was really helpful and managed to resolve the issue quickly. What a refreshing change to encounter good customer service!

Bij de naam brabantia dacht ik altijd aan kwaliteit maar ik heb nu 3 bakpannen het laatste jaar gekocht en stuk voor stuk bakken ze aan.

I have had for many years a Brabantia Wallfix Dryer which is THE most wonderful dryer, much admired by all that see it.
It is now outside the 10 year guarantee it came with and I was upset to note that an end cap had become detached.
I contacted Brabantia to see if I could buy a replacement and they have agreed to send four free of charge.
What superb service to accompany a really wonderful product.

Poubelle de très mauvaise qualité impossible de nettoyer l'extérieur des tâches et coulures qui s'incrustent dans le revêtement, pour le prix ça fait mal....

The customer service was faultless. They replied quickly and were kind and very human. They dealt with my issue, which fell outside the terms of my guarantee and were efficient and respectful. Over and above!

Ik heb een touchbin 60 liter prullenbak nu is het Slotje defect Hij is net anderhalf jaar oud probeer hun telefonisch te bereiken maar komt niemand aan de telefoon Ik heb via de service mail gestuurd via hun op dit moment zijn we nu ruim 3 weken verder nog geen enkele reactie zeer slecht te bereiken de klantenservice of helemaal eigenlijk ze niet en ik kan nergens nu iets doen de deksel wil niet dicht Ik vind dat zeer kwalijk dat er geen reactie komt of telefonisch niet te bereiken Ik bel zeg maar net paar minuten over negen en dan krijg je op het laatste horen er is niemand beschikbaar probeer het later weer of sturen e-mail hopelijk gaat ze nu een keer reageren want ik weet ook niet bij welke winkel ik nog heen kan voorheen was het de Blokker

Voor de tweede maal een garantieaanvraag gedaan! Fijne communicatie & super service.

Alles goed opgelost wederom!

I would like to thank JO (THE FRONT FACE OF BRABANTIA) as with communicate with them and asking about their products, it has infact lead to a sale of one of their Rotary Driers,
which they did say was their ESSENTIALS BRANDED ONES, but I was inform after saying what my requirements was (EG WIDE ENOUGH BETWEEN TO ARMS FOR KING SIZE BEDDING), It has come and I will admit, the pole is narrower than my previous, (45 to 35 mm) but you do get the plastic support tube which enables this rota drier to rotate, which I have done the old trick of wrapping some plastic lawn edging I had left round the external of their tube like a sausage roll effect and made it fit into my previous rotary driers ground hole/anker point.

Ik heb de drinkbeker met rietje gespaard en gekocht bij Albert Heijn. Vond het niet echt goedkoop, maar vond het makkelijk,nou dus niet.
Ik vind het jammer dat er geen rekening wordt gehouden met mensen die linkshandig zijn.
Nu zal er wel gedacht worden,waar heb je het over. Maar voor mij en misschien meerdere mensen is het vreemd om het rechts vast te houden.
Dat is net zo als je je brood moet smeren of iets moet knippen,dat lukt me niet met rechts.
Het rietje had misschien beter in het midden geplaats kunnen worden.

The bin I had which my daughter gave me years ago and served me well the bin lid stopped shutting properly.
I liked the bin but couldn’t afford a new one as an OAP now. So I ordered a new lid. Was very clear which one to order. Was very reasonably priced and arrived within couple days of ordering. Great value. And have just been told there’s a 10 year guarantee on the new lid. Result. Great service. 👏👏

J'ai acheté la nappe de repassage.
Elle gondole. La sous-couche est plus grande que le tissu de surface. Il est donc impossible de repasser convenablement dessus.
J'ai échangé plusieurs mails avec le service après-vente. Après plusieurs questions, on m'a demandé de repasser ma nappe de repassage 😯 Les ondulations ont été remplacées par des plis 😠
Je demandais un remboursement. Non, ils pouvaient me l'échanger 😡 ou me faire un bon d'achat 🤬

The rotary washing line was OK until the pole snapped off. I made a claim under their "5 year warranty" and was told that it was my fault that their product failed and they could not help me. Brabantia warranty is great until you have a faulty item and try to claim.

Een pan kopen mag bij Brabantia. En als de pan dan na twee maanden scheef is en aanbakt dan krijg je vragen of je hem niet te heet hebt gebakken. Fotos bonnetje sturen. Daarna nog veel meer foto's en hoor je niets meer. Prima bij mij nooit Brabantia meer.

Vandaag de drinkbeker van Brabantia gekocht bij Albert Heijn met punten. Maar de drinkbeker is allesbehalve handig. Het schuifje moet je open zetten om het rietje erin te doen. Dus drank kan eruit lopen en/of koud worden. Bovendien zit de greep links als je wil drinken terwijl meerderheid rechtshandig is. Als je de greep rechts houdt dan zit het rietje aan de andere kan van de beker. Erg onhandig. Voor mij is het zeker niet de drinkbeker die ik ga gebruiken. Had meer verwacht van een ontwerpafdeling van Brabantia

2 dérouleurs de papier de table commandés via Amazon sur la boutique Brabantia, arrivés cassés (longue tige en U dessoudée) car non emballés dans la boîte d'origine mais dans un carton souple.
Mon avis a été refusé sur Amazon car, selon eux, c’est la boutique Brabantia qui s'y oppose.
Conclusion à propos de la boutique Brabantia:
-manque total de professionnalisme
-Refus de leur responsabilité
-mépris des clients.

Excellent response to a problem I had with ironing board cover. Offered to send replacement within a few days .

I had a problem with a Brabantia kitchen bin which was resolved when I was informed that it was covered by a 10 year warranty! Quite exceptional help from the customer advisor in dealing with the matter and the replacement part was placed on order for delivery in 3-5 days. 5 Star service !!

After 10+ years of excellent service, the catch on our Brabantia roll-top bread bin failed. Then I read what they say about their environmental credentials on their website, so I contacted them to see if spare parts were still available.

They immediately sent me a complementary catch. This arrived safely, the next day; fitting proved straightforward and it now works perfectly.

I would have been happy to pay for a new catch, so they went way beyond my expectations. I wish more companies were like this, especially given our planet has such tough environmental challenges!
