Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je le ferais.
Très déçu de la marque Brabantia. Nous avons acheté une poubelle en métal censée être garantie 10 ans, mais après seulement 10 mois d’utilisation (même pas un an), un problème est apparu provenant clairement de la poubelle elle-même. Au moment de faire jouer la garantie, le service client a refusé de la reconnaître. La personne au téléphone a été désagréable, sans aucune volonté d’aider ni de comprendre notre situation.
C’est vraiment regrettable de voir une marque connue proposer des produits à des prix aussi élevés avec une qualité aussi médiocre. Entre un produit défectueux et un service client incompétent, je ne recommanderai plus jamais Brabantia.

Just received this from Dunelm impossible to see how difficult this is to use without opening up and placing in the ground. Firstly this is well made and appears robust. Unfortunately to operate you should be aware you run the risk of hanging yourself fighting the mechanism to get it up. My wife an OAP has reduced strength in her upper arms and struggled to get this thing up. Myself also retired found the upper slider was very hard to operate to get the line to tighten. Would not recommend to anyone with lowered strength in their upper body. Unable to return to Dunelm as it has been opened. Will be ordering the equivalent from Addis which we had previously operates with a simple lever much better design and £30 less from Robert Dyas.

La poubelle bo s’intègre bien dans notre cuisine : design. Pratique à l’usage. Cependant, gros bémol et pas des moindres, les vers 🐛 s’immiscent dans les doublages des couvercles. Le nettoyage est périlleux, j’ai été contrainte de tout démonter.

I have given Brabantia 5 Stars due to having a problem with the catchment of my 23 Litre Bin as it would not close.

And, I received exceptional service from Jo, who kindly replaced the whole lid as a gesture of goodwill and even sent the catchment as well.

That is what I call service.

Servizio clienti davvero da non commentare.. A luglio ho chiesto assistenza per un contenitore dell'immondizia. Mi hanno dato conferma che agli inizi di settembre mi avrebbero spedito il ricambio per sistemarlo. Siamo ad ottobre e non si sono fatti più sentire nonostante le mie innumerevoli email. Se volete prendere per i fondelli i clienti cambiate mestiere!! Prima vi fate pagare i prodotti un occhio della testa e poi fornite un assistenza post vendita ridicola... CHIUDETE!

Ordered a Topspinner from Amazon in July which broke within three uses - two of the washing lines detached from the arms.
Contacted Jo in August through email and got a replacement organised and sent out within a few days. Customer service experience was speedy and efficient and I was regularly updated with the progress.
Replacement product has been used multiple times since this, with no further breakages.
Very satisfied with both the product and the customer service. Would recommend.

if i could only could give this company zero stars, It appears they have one or 2 people in customer service max who take it in turns to give customers a hard time, I bet they high five each other when they refuse a customers warranty and they are terrible on warranty if you don't have your receipt after all these years who does!! . So going forward I intend to buy Binopolis or simplehuman products

I had a problem with my liftomatic 50M rotary dryer in that it would not fully open. I emailed Brabantia with the problem and attached photos and proof of purchase. The next working day I received a response from Sasha. I took her advice that one of the lines maybe tangled in the rotary arm. This I worked on and the dryer then fully opened.

J'ai acheté une poubelle Touch Bin en 2017 et le couvercle ne s'ouvrait plus à cause d'une pièce cassée.
Je me suis connectée sur le site internet et ai fait fonctionner la garantie 10 ans.
Résultat, 4 jours plus tard j'ai reçu un couvercle tout neuf et tout cela gratuitement.
Ça c'est du SAV, merci !

Absolut unterirdische Behandlung von Kunden. Milchaufschäumer bestellt, der nach 2 wochen und nur wenigen Benutzungen defekt war. Schaden gemeldet, Nachricht von Brabantia „ Der Artikel wird nicht mehr hergestellt und ich solle mich doch an den Hersteller Elmark in den Niederlanden wenden“ eine Frechheit. Die Grösste Frechheit ist dann auch noch das dieser Hersteller jetzt seit fast 10 wochen keine Rückerstattung des Kaufbetrages veranlasst hat, obwohl das schon mehrfach in Aussicht gestellt wurde. Alles in allen Finge4 weg von dieser Klitsche

Aangezien waar ik woon geen fysieke winkels meer liggen waar je dit soort artikelen kunt kopen kwam ik deze Wok tegen in de supermarkt. Dacht super net wat ik nodig had. Bij thuiskomst, lees de beschrijving en zie vervolgens dat deze wok beschadigd was zowel aan de binnenkant als de buitenkant. De supermarkt ligt voor mij ook niet naast de deur en kom hier ook niet wekelijks. Stuur een mail rechtstreeks naar Brabantia, duurt dik twee weken voor ik een reactie krijg en dat had ik ook zelf kunnen bedenken ga terug waar je hem gekocht hebt. Wat denken ze zelf in een supermarkt naar twee weken terug gaan. Jammer slechte service, dit had beter aangepakt kunnen worden.
Update: moest toevallig vandaag in de buurt van de supermarkt zijn. Hier werd de wok zonder problemen geruild, waren erg vriendelijk, kon zelfs mijn geld terug krijgen. Probleem opgelost.

Brabantia customer service is second to none. They respond to emails promptly, always concise and polite. Products I have used are of excellent quality and hard wearing. Highly recommended.

This is a great looking lunchbox made from stainless steel, unfortunately it states that its 'No spills - secure click closing.' on their website, this is not true. I bought four of these and they all leaked because the catches don't all lock securely. not worth purchasing if you intend to put a salad in it for lunch!

Excellent products backed by a long warranty if any problems should arise. Very happy with my Brabantia kitchen products and their customer service.

Inmiddels de 3e kookwekker binnen 12 maanden. Ik kocht juist Brabantia omdat ze bekend staan om goede kwaliteit. De kookwekkers houden er na een paar maanden mee op, geen signaal meer, niet meer in te stellen etc. Batterij is niet te verwijderen en/of te vervangen. Mail gestuurd op 22 augustus maar geen enkele reactie.

Ordering was easy. Immediate confirmation & email from Brabantia and a text from the Courier giving adelivery date. Great I thought. Alas no, the delivery date came & went, I contacted Brabantia and they supposedly checked with the courier and it was out for delivery the day after. That date too came and went. Three days after the original delivery date the parcel turned up. Despite asking Brabantia after the first non delivery why the parcel hadn't turned up and when it would be delivered, they failed to answer the queries. In addition the items are not the quality they used to be. Disappointing.

Brabantia 10 dagen geleden een mail gestuurd over mijn droogmolen. Uit de armen zijn al drie lijnen los gebroken.
Ik had ze gebeld maar krijg ik ook geen medewerker aan de telefoon, dan maar een mail gestuurd maar niemand die reageert. Wat een grote teleurstelling van Brabantia.
Geen artikelen meer bij ons in huis van dit merk!

Een dure prullenbak van over de 100 euro binnen 7 maanden kapot. Het sluitingsmechanisme is gewoon helemaal uit elkaar waardoor de deksel niet meer met het pedaal te bedienen valt en ook helemaal los zit. Ik heb geen bon meer omdat ik dit nooit verwacht had van deze meestal duurzame prullenbakken. Slechtere kwaliteit dan vroeger lijkt wel?
