Purchased the Kitty Tea Cup Collection (6) in total have received. 1st purchase May 2025 received 1st edition Peppermint Kitty Tea Cup, did not receive the Certificate of Authenticity that was suppose to be sent with the item. I have asked numerous times for the certificate and all I get is will send out in the next (30) days. Up to this date July 2026 well over a year of asking for a simple request have not received. Now sending e-mails and DO NOT EVEN AN REPLY AS TO WHY THIS REQUEST IS NOT BEING TAKEN CARE. Do not recommend to buy any products as they are way over priced and quality is questionable as to the prices charged for all their purchases.

No refund yet!!! Christmas 2025
Myself and my husband separately purchased one of the monkey dolls. So we returned his one and it took ages for a return. We finally received cheque that was taken to the bank and bounced. We have never been refunded and it's been a nightmare getting anyone to deal with it. I tried but apparently they will only deal with my husband who's at work most of the day!

incompleet kerstdorp nu website uit de lucht
Bedrijf heeft/had erg mooie artikelen. Maar nu is de site uit de lucht en zit ik met een incompleet Harry Potter Village waar ik meer dan 250 euro heb betaal.
ondanks dat ik er erg blij mee ben heb ik niks aan een incompleet dorp. Kreeg een erg kort antwoord terug van de klantenservice zonder verdere uitleg. Maar ik laat het hier niet bij zitten

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The products are great but the customer service is awful. I paid in full through paypal on an item that had the option for installments, They are now trying to force me to pay the second installment twice as they say they haven't received it. Can't speak to anyone on the phone, the live chat agent was useless. Will neverbuy from them again.

Partner ordered me a ring, it wasn't in stock, cant get a call back from the company, was told refund was done, ordered on 31st March now 22nd April, still no refund, and no call back after alot of message and calls leaving his number! Disgusting and rubbish customer service
