Absolutely SO disappointed with this company. Ordered prior to Xmas with plenty of time to delivery as per their promises. Never arrived BUT a letter came saying my payment failed, NO REASON WHY IT SHOULD HAVE. I called them and all they tried to do was add extra amount for a so Calle more limited number on my item. I had to cancel and re-order for Xmas, it was a gift. That never arrived but yet another letter saying the same thing. I will not be re-ordering anything else. Shame really as the item looked good.

The service is very poor if you buy an…
The service is very poor if you buy an item from the website and wish to discuss it further you have to fill out a form instead of speaking to an actual person and hope they get back to you in a couple of days but if I want to buy something over the phone I'm connected to a person straight away
I asked to speak to a supervisor the person I spoke to on the phone said he'd put me through to one the call ended and I was taken back to the website so I have decided to cancel any orders I may of placed and will not be buying again

4-6 weeks delivery not true and no updates!
Delivery quoted 4-6 weeks on order, 9 weeks later item still hasn’t arrived. Tried calling, sent email with no response and chat is offline!! Shocking customer service!
This was a Christmas gift for my daughter on behalf of my mum who passed away in summer. Very disappointed item hasn’t arrived but frustrated at the lack of update on order and poor customer service!

The watch doesn't go
The watch doesn't go. I suspect it's the battery. Will take it to my local jewellers to try that. A very bad show on your part, I suspect it's been in stock for a long time. If a new battery doesn't solve it, at a cost of £15 to me, then I shall return it.

After trying to order with Facebook and no joy, I got in touch through the phone, and got what I wanted, great experience chatting to a young man(Evan). He went through everything with me. 10/10. Would be nice to fill this in after I had seen my goods. For quality and postage time.
