Sent them back, lady on the phone insinuated I wasnt telling the truth about washing them by hand because the label was faded 😂 labels apparently dont fade when hand washing too. then she said she expected the bras to only last about 6 months. Appalling quality. Appalling service. Offered a £10 voucher to a mum on maternity leave. Expecting me to pay another £70+ to replace them. A joke of a company.

I went into the Liverpool store today to return a couple of bras that I had ordered online but it turned out I was using the incorrect size. Paula R was on the till and said she was sure that I was wearing the incorrect size so advised me to have a refit as the person who had originally measured me was new and hadn't advised me correctly. Iesha fitted me again and I am so happy with the outcome as they swapped my incorrect bra for the correct size. I will definitely be going back for all my future bras as the customer service was second to none. Brilliant service 👏

Willow is an absolute asset to your company, she's polite, extremely helpful and really easy to communicate with, she funny and engaging, it's always a pleasure to be assisted by her. My in-store experience today was an exceptional example of great customer service, that other companies could learn a lot from.

- good variety!
- includes UK and european bras so get band sizes down to 30 as well as much larger band sizes
- returns take a bit longer, but worth the tradeoff!!
- customer support is great, including online bra fittings

I had a fantastic experience at Westfield Bravissimo with the fitter, Shaz. She was really attentive and gave great recommendations on which bras would suit me best. I’m currently postpartum, so finding something that offers the right support has been really important, and the bra she picked fits perfectly, and it’s honestly the best-fitting bra I’ve had in a long time. I feel really well supported in it. Overall, I would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

I ordered 2 bras and a pair of briefs online and used PayPal pay in three option. Two days later my order is still awaiting authorisation. Bra for me and Next had no issues with me paying in three. I've not even received any communication if there's a problem and I can't raise a report on paypal before the order is authorised. It's ridiculous and I shall never use Bravissimo again and I shall certainly let my friends and family know to avoid this seller.

I went to the Bravissimo for the first time in years and had such a great experience. I was helped by Shaz (i hope I got her name right) and she was able to get me fitted in the right bra so quickly. She got my exact size the first time (even for a strapless bra!). Would definitely come again.

What an amazing experience today in your Liverpool store - I took my young teenage daughter who is neurodivergent and has a physical disability. We really needed some help and advice on a well fitting bra which would also be comfortable due to sensory difficulties. The lovely Kathryn had the perfect manner with my daughter, listened to what we wanted and put her at ease straight away- just even choosing the larger changing room for us so I could go in and assist. She was very patient and brought us some lovely styles. She was very considerate of my daughter’s needs in a discreet and understated way. We came away with 2 bras and more on order. Won’t hesitate to come back again. Thank you Kathryn.

I had my first ever bra fitting on Friday the 13th, at the age of 75! I walked into the Bath shop without an appointment and the kind staff flexibly fitted me in as I had nowhere else to be on a rainy day.
Having lost 6.5 stone, I knew I was wearing the wrong size bras but was surprised to discover my correct size is 40GG (having started at 48H 10 months ago!) The very patient Casey brought me many different styles to try on and I left wearing the most comfortable bra I have ever owned, plus another in a different style. As I now swim every day, I know I’ll be back soon to get a new swimsuit, which Bravissimo also have in different cup sizes. I still have more weight to lose, so I’ll also be needing another fitting later this year and shall really look forward to revisiting this friendly shop.

Following a recommendation from a good friend and after unsuccessful bra fittings in other stores. I am very happy with my recent visit to the Brighton shop.
I felt very welcome & heard by both the receptionist and Nola, the young lady who helped me with the bra fitting.
All I wanted was a practical and comfortable good quality bra. I left the shop with 3 purchases: Ultimate Comfort bra, Cora Bralette Bra & briefs. This is seriously the best bra & briefs I have. It's also important to get proper advice on how to look after your underwear.
Very polite, professional, attentive and honest staff.

Can’t believe I didn’t try the brand sooner! I was fitted by Abi over a virtual fitting which was such a lovely experience, I felt really comfortable and she then went through different bra styles. I am a 34HH and there is rarely anything on the high street that fits nicely and looks good too. The bras are lovely and so comfortable, I will definitely be ordering more!

TOP NOTCH customer service to the amazing Charlotte, from your Westfield White City branch!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was apprehensive about what bra to buy, and was a little nervous as I hadn't been for a while, and wasn't sure what would suit me. I selected a few bras I liked to try on, and when Charlotte came and checked on me—with her expert eye—she successfully got me the right sized bra that housed me perfectly, also in a different style than what I chose, and omg... her choice was chefs kiss!!!🥹👌 I was SOOOOOO happy!!😍🙌 You have a wonderful staff member with Charlotte, a true asset to your company who deserves all the credit! She was extremely patient, kind, friendly and bubbly—exactly the right individual to represent the essence of customer service!🫶

I have just left Leeds Victoria Quarter store and met Sue, the lady who changed my life. after years of digging in wires straps and general discomfort, Sue introduced me to the Ultimate comfort bra, no wires, butter soft, minimising my boobs and importantly fitting every ounce of flesh inside. Unfortunately having a terrible experience with them. They’re running a bait and switch on me really here. Was told by a representative facilitating my exchange that it would be an even exchange for size. I confirmed. I reached out again during the exchange process as well after trying another bra and was wondering if I could change the size on the exchange if my bras hadn’t got there yet, and was given fit advice that I didn’t really agree with but decided to take. That representative assured me there’s free exchanges until you find your fit, I still don’t agree with her advice.. After they have me send the bras back, they are leaving me a voicemail and telling me I have to pay a balance now to receive my exchange. What? I specifically confirmed it would be even prior because If it wasn’t going to be even, I wanted to order a band extender and try that or hold onto them as I’m losing weight. Instead, I got coerced into sending back bras I otherwise would have kept if the company had been honest and shared with me that they would then turn around and charge me for the exchange. This was done in absolute poor and embarrassing taste.
ETA after company’s response: I DID reach out to the company prior to writing this and have not been responded to. So the response is generic.

I visited the Edinburgh store on 12th February, hoping to be fitted for a bra. I approached the women at the desk and she couldn’t give me a space until the next day, which was fine, but her manner and attirude made me feel like I was an inconvenience and she was doing me a favour by giving me an appointment. I said I would have a look around, which was fine, however stock on the shelves was disappointing, very few bras, not much variety of sizes, and although we spent some time looking, and a member of staff was returning items to shelves, not once did anyone speak to us or ask if we needed any assistance. I have been a customer of the Edinburgh Bravissimo store for over 20 years and shopped in their Multrees Way store and always had excellent service. I could walk in, try on bras, ask for advice and never felt I was being a nuisance, but that is exactly how I felt this time. I didn’t try any on as the limited size availability meant my size wasn’t there and the staff didn’t give off, “I’m here to help” vibes. In Multrees Way there was always plenty in stock and a the majority of styles online were available in store. I have to say, I don’t think I’ll be rushing back.

Visited the Chester branch without an appointment and couldn’t have been treated better. Although I was feeling a little apprehensive about being fitted for my new bras, I really shouldn’t have been as Julie put me at ease straight away. Within five minutes, she had bought me a selection of bras that fitted beautifully and the most difficult task was deciding which ones I preferred! Will definitely recommend to my friends and I will be visiting for a swimming costume soon. Brilliant service which is a pleasure to experience. Well done Bravissimo.

What has happened to bravissimo? I have been buying bras and swim suits there for years and years. I have a good everday underwired bra that I regularly buy. Recently I've bouht things I am disappointed with and feel badly advised about. I went in for a fitting for a comfortable bra (to wear at home when relaxing) and got a great bra/crop top and then a bra that I found out was for after surgery - its not supportive, weird shape and unsuitable (as I have never had surgery). I bought a swimsuit that has an uncomfortable seam on the bottom. I just dont know why the seam is there? I dont feel confident with the fitters anymore and think I might try and find somewhere else. What a shame
