Miscalculation on my part shorted my self a few times. Went on the site the tile I needed was shown available. Place an order. Money processed. However I recieved a notice after placing 2nd order. Tile not avavailable did manage to find 1.5 sheets. Or could replace the order with another tile. Took the 1.5 sheets Had 2 pay full shipping even with just 1.5 sheets .I sent a note 2 customer service . That tile was still list as available on their website. Check 3 days then 1 week and the tiled was still listed available. Very misleading

I received an email response from Bravotti customer service and they explained that there was a national holiday week (last week) in China and they would expedite my order this week. I understand.

Respuesta de Bravotti
Hi Bill, we are so sorry for the delay as express have a week holiday for the National Day. we will ship out by expedited express on Monday, you can receive the tiles in 2-3 days, thank you very much for your order.
The quality of the tile was good and…
The quality of the tile was good and resulted in a nice finished job. The product was 12" x 12" sheets of small mosaic tiles probably about 1/4" square each. Some sheets had tiles that fell out during shipment but not so many as it presented a problem. One challenge I had was finding borders. I looked for pencils that were of approximate thickness but it was difficult to find anything. If Bravotti would have offered them I would have included in my order. However, the tiles look really good installed and grouted.
