I recently bought a car from Brayley Kia and I’m extremely happy with the service I received. From the very beginning, the team was friendly, helpful and professional.
They were able to find the right car for me very quickly, which I really appreciated. Throughout the whole process, they kept in regular contact with me and provided updates at every stage, so I always knew what was happening.
The communication was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the time and effort the team put into helping me find my car.

First or second service
The counter staff were very helpful, The service was completed on time and the vehicle cleaned. However, the service book was not filled in incorrectly so I can only hope the correct service was carried out..

The best car dealership I have ever dealt with. Rather than just pay lip service, the team go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I seriously cannot fault Brayley’s sales, after service and service departments. Simply the best!

Picking up my new car
Jake was my salesman he was very welcoming into the showroom, and he showed around my new car and showed me all the features in my car. He helped me add my phone to the car and he answered all the questions I asked.

Brilliant ..Brayley..great team work
Visited to look at a kia stonic..Oliver Tomkins the sales guy gave me all ofthe information I needed to decide to have that particular car. A test drive was had the decision was made..Oliver kept me informed all of the way right up to the collection day..Day of collection arrived and Oliver took me all over the components and gadgets once again to make sure that I was fully aqainted..Oliver was really on the job as there wasn't a question that I asked that he couldn't answer which made me feel great..I am very pleased with my car and especially Oliver for taking the time and effort for going the extra mile.......thank you Oliver and Kia.

Brayleys Super Service
I made a visit to Brayleys to have my Motability car serviced. I had a waiting appointment and when I arrived I was offered a choice of hot and cold drinks and was seated in a very comfortable chair. The estimated wait was 2hours but fortunately my car was done in less than that and had also been washed and hoovered. Brayleys staff are always very good would highly recommend Brayleys
