The Check In was easy. I was told approximately how long my car would be in. Staff pleasant and helpful.

We had Darren to help us through the process of buying a used car. He was so helpful, knowledgeable about the car we were interested in buying and very easy to chat to. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
When we picked up the car it was presented very well and Darren ran through the systems with us until we understood the workings of the car.

Major Service and safety recall on 2 year old juke. After 3.5 hrs told they had had issues with their implementation of the safety recall and I couldn’t get my car back and that it would probably be ready after the weekend. They were unable to get me a loan car due to some unknown issue with insurance. Garage however did get it fixed just before closing for the night leaving me to pick it up the following day. Picked it up, panels left in foot well and boot disturbed. If my service wasn’t part of my original purchase deal I don’t think I would go back

Always efficient and helpful

Really good, Chris was excellent from the moment we walked in. As 2 females walking into a male automotive industry we weren't judged as we knew nothing. Chris went out of his way attentive, knowledgeable and not pushy. We had been around all our local sales and different makes we ended up in Stockport not our local that's down to Chris, so thank you.

Today's service was fantastic. Car was ready in no time at all. Previously has been booked in for an AM service to not get the car back until late PM. Usually very vague on length of time things will take (despite knowing there's very little to actually do tbf.) On this occasion reception were extremely helpful and as always, nice & welcoming. I know it's a busy dealership with limited space and everyone must be working really hard. It's appreciated 👍

I had a very professional and good experience as Mike was excellent with has assistance and made the process so easy , I would ask for Mike's assistance in the future, very good experience.

I always feel very well looked after at Nissan/Bradley.the staff are lovely. I can only drive an automatic car and I'd forgotten to say so and they didn't have one for me to take.so rather than i come back the manager let me use his car which I was very grateful.they couldn't have done any more for me that day

Since changing from westway to brayleys Nissan ,especially on mot ability, there are significant changes ,and I don't know if its penny pinching, but its something I do not like , pick up and return has stopped?, so I twice had to rearrange my service due to illness, then a curtesy car had not been returned, and when I finally did arrive and book in ,I had to produce insurance and my driving licence, soon as I left the site ,the fuel warning light came on ?,30 miles in the tank , to be told on return it was upto me to fill with fuel ? Was this not mentioned to the previous driver of said vehicle, i corrected her on this ,as i had enquired weeks before about shown payment charges, to be told, no sir motability customers are exempt? From added payments, a drop in standards unfortunately, as before mentioned penny pinching, it is my sixth quasqai on mobility, and maybe my last ?

I took my car in for a scheduled service, with the booking due at 8:55am. I left the car and keys as arranged.

By 5pm, having heard nothing, I decided to call to find out what was happening, only to be told that I had been marked down as a “no show”.

I explained who I had left my key with and, after checking, they were able to locate it. I then asked if the service could be rebooked for early the following morning and specifically requested that someone call me to confirm.

By 10am on Tuesday morning, I still hadn’t received a call, so once again I had to chase things up myself. I was then told they would look at the car that morning. I eventually collected my car, and they did apologise for what had happened.

What I found particularly strange was that at around 4pm on Monday, I received an email thanking me for booking my service for 12:15pm that day. This was after I had supposedly been recorded as a “no show” for my original 8:55am appointment ???

In my opinion, a simple phone call on Monday to clarify what had happened would have avoided the whole situation.

Straight forward book in. Communication was good. I was happy with the service and the price. Good job Brayleys. Thank you to all involved.

My recent new car purchase experience was excellent. Helpful staff and no pressure. Tested both the Juke & Qashqai but decided to buy the larger vehicle. The handover very good, with all the basic features and more explained, Steve, the sales executive, connected my phone to system and demonstrated the initial profile features.

Service was great , due to time spent at branch, I was completely happy that the work was carried out in 30 minutes. Customer service couldn’t have been any better, very professional

The whole process was very efficient. Casey was helpful and professional on reception.
