Easy to use, got a great deal for my family

The caravan site is in the perfect location so close the the water and the views from the top are beautiful.
The caravan was clean and spacious and the pooch loved it too.
Only thing was missing was the entertainment but we went out of season so roll on the next one.

Efficient procedure, enjoyable holiday

I found it quick and easy to book my holiday with Breakfree holidays. The only tricky part was that I had to go to the holiday site's own website for more information about the site.

Have been to this park before and a great price.

I have managed to book a 4 night holiday, to Wales, for 3 people, for the really reasonable price of £79.

Great price holiday easy booking on web site. Hope holiday is as good when we arrive at Looe holiday accommodation

All went smoothly.

I thought I was booking through Parkdean direct - I was responding to an email received from Parkdean (as I subscribed to the get their emails). I booked the holiday in good faith thinking it was Parkdean, and knowing that when booking wih Parkdean, you are able to amend your booking online. When it came to amending the booking, Parkdean website wouldn't allow me to make changes as my booking had been made through a 3rd Party - Breakfree Holidays, I was completely unaware of this! After over 1 1/2 hrs on the phone listening to recorded messages and in chats, being passed from pillar to post, I finally got to speak to someone at Breakfree who told me I could not make any changes and if cancelling, I would lose my deposit! Absolutely disgusting scam!

The deluxe caravan was dirty, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceilings.
There was no vacuum or brush and pan to clean up with.

Very easy to book ahead view parks online know exactly where we are going and what the park has to offer excellent facilities deals and dog friendly no hidden cost spot on very happy recommend all the wsy

Straight forward form to fill in and pay the deposit.

Love this site, been a fan since 2016, holidays are great here, caravans are always lovely. Such a nice place to go

But to be honest it was easy to book
Quick follow up with confirmation and booking number which I found reassuring

Easy to find and book a family break. Lots of information about the places, accommodation and attractions. Hopefully my break will be as good as the booking as I’ve never used them before.

Hi , I recently booked a holiday from Breakfree. i booked for 7 nights and receipt received for priniting. But in the email, showing 3 days. I contacted Breakfree, the customer support representative Mr Joseph, behaved so rudely and bulldozing and forcing me to accept , as i booked for 3 nights. if you want , go for another booking and pay agina. I have the receipt from them, and he calling it a farce. How can an employee of that organisation behave and doubting his organisation doing farce business. is it not cheating customers? can someone suggest how to complain to Ombudsman or any other authorities dealing this kind of issues.

It is really pressurising us mentally, whether we can go or not for these October half-term holidays or not as, no response from the Breakfree Holidays staff or customer care team, which is very disappointing
