Great independent advice and excellent service! I’ve already recommended this shop and will continue to do so.

Fast & efficient service, and a competitive price for the item purchased. Would recommend.

Arrived on time. Pleased with the Pack-its

Got what I wanted on time hassle free. Not cheap but not expensive compared to others.

Great service - no issues at all.

Package arrived next day and items were in excellent condition.

Did not clearly state that it would only fit one type of holdall.

Fast delivery. Have used Breaking Free before both on-line and in-store and will continue to do so. Good selection of kit. Given that BF has always delivered quickly, assume that everything advertised is held in-store.

Very fast posting to Highland Scotland. Well packed and hassle free. Well done to you all, keep up the good work. Wish all transactions this good. *****

Excellent customer service. Speedy delivery. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Breakingfree were easy to deal with and even called to check the details of the order. Unfortunately the product itself, Leki Wanderfreund, was less satisfactory as themechanism for keeping hte telescopic sections open and locked is ineffective.

First time customer, bought a Paramo jacket at a great price. Ordered mid afternoon and would have had next day delivery if I'd been in to receive it. Rescheduled delivery and it arrived on time. Well packaged, good communication from Breaking Free and the delivery company (DPD). Many thanks!

The only place we found ALL the parts we wanted in one shop, in the right sizes and colours (for two of us!). Prices competetive and good stock. Order arrived the following day complete and correct.
They will be my first stop in future for outdoor and travel stuff.

Great buying experience online , website easy to navigate , once I had placed my order they kept me informed as to the status of it & was delivered within a few days , the item was as described - very happy five stars 🌟

Really personal and friendly response to a phone call plus good advice re my purchase. As I needed the bag quickly Breaking Free guaranteed to put it in the post the same day for next day delivery - no extra cost.
