Helpful and friendly
I needed an Altberg 10.5 extra wide fitting boot which is hard to come by, but they got it for me in a week. Delivered quickly by firm that gave exact 1-hour slot when they would be coming.

Salomon Ski pants
Excellent service on phone when problem with website ordering. Personal service from staff (Dave) was very much appreciated.
Ski pants were slightly larger than expected but made waist smaller to fit. Website could possibly improve.
Courier company needs to know that aberdeen IS NOT in the highlands ! Annoyed that I had to pay postage because of this. Having said this, delivery was very quick.

the north face boots
exceptional service and product. I have found that with the boots it is best to buy the next size up as the padding inside is very thick

Had to ask them to call as the line was terrible and screechy when I wanted to chat to them to make sure I got the right size. They called back and talked me through the sizes... suitcase delivered next day
