The Savannah gazebo is an excellent product and the back office and installation staff were accomodating, friendly, and professional.

My Breeze House which I purchased last Autumn has proved to be a wonderful addition to my garden. The recent addition of side panels and a glass door has surpassed my expectations and given me a building I can fully enjoy year-round. All aspects of organising the changes went smoothly from the helpful advice given by the office staff to the courteous and efficient installation team. It looks great and it works!

Excellent service. The staff were very professional, punctual and did a very efficient installation. Roof replacement was done in less than 2.5 hours… great work.

Everything about a Breeze House is 5star. The quality, the style, the fittings etc.
The installers arrived when they said they would. They were very efficient , chatty and charming. They made sure everything was perfect and explained everything we needed to know.
It is the second Breeze House we have bought. We moved house and I just couldn’t live without having a Breeze House again.

I am really pleased with my breeze house. The quality of the product itself is of a very high standard. The whole team, from the start with the sales people at the Badminton show and office administration to the end with the installation team, were all professional and polite. The installation was undertaken efficiently and everyone involved worked hard and were so pleasant. They were patient when working out the exact location and outlook and made helpful suggestions. Aftercare advice was explained properly. I am looking forward to sharing good times in my beautiful breeze house with family and friends.

We recently had the pleasure of having Breeze House come and install one of their fabulous garden rooms, and the whole experience from start to finish was seamless. From visiting their showroom to the team arriving to carry out the build, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

The guys who came to build the garden room were punctual, polite and hardworking. They completed the job with great precision and attention to detail, and the quality of the craftsmanship is fantastic.

We couldn’t be happier with our Breeze House and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a garden room. A brilliant company and a first-class service from start to finish!

We have had our Savannah Breeze House for over 20 years and have been very pleased with it, although the roof was now ready for a re-thatch. The current roof was over 13 years old, so it was time, although it was not leaking. A two manned team arrived early morning on the agreed date and completed the job in the morning, both were very pleasant and left the property clean and tidy, as if they had not been apart from our Breeze House now having a new roof! A great product that still looks great 20 plus year later.

We saw the Breeze House at the Sandringham flower show and were able to compare it against other alternatives on site.
It ticked every box for us from size, quality of build and overall look.
The sales team were very knowledgeable and were not overly pushy.
It was quite easy to come to the decision to buy as a result.
When it came to installation the duo who set it up, Jason and Sam, were great. They arrived early, got cracking and were done in very quick time. They then spent as long as needed to explain how best to maintain it etc.

Seamless from start to finish. Good, informative salesperson at Sandringham Show. The product arrived quickly and Aaron and Gus constructed it within 2 hours ands were pleasant, helpful and efficient. Lovely garden room and a great addition to our garden.

Both from speaking with a sales assistant at The Malvern Show to ordering and then to instalation, it has been a flawless procedure. Everyone has been very professional and friendly. The fitters - Aaron and Sam - turned up on time (infact, they were earlier and even asked if that was ok), introduced themselves, looked smart, were very polite and installation was done in no time - we were amazed how quickly they worked. The quality of the building is excellent. Sam talked us through the future care for our Savannah Breeze House and gave us our Owners Club folder which contains all the information Sam spoke to us about. We know we will have many wonderful times in our Breeze House and have been very impressed from start to finish - thank you so much to everyone.

We purchased a Breeze House garden room a couple of years ago and what really sets them apart is their after-care. It’s been second to none. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. Even a couple of years on, they’re still so responsive. I would wholeheartedly recommend Breeze House to anyone looking for a garden room.

Our experience with breeze house has been exceptional. The sales lady we spoke to at the NEC Birmingham was exactly the right person you would want to front a business like this. She was great fun approachable extremely knowledgeable well presented. Well spoken. The after sales/sales team were also very helpful on the phone with any enquiries I made and the two guys who turned up at the right time on the right day were extremely professional very knowledgeable and very professional, completely confident in their skills and they did an excellent job. We are loving every minute of our breeze house and it was a great purchase. Well done team keep up the good work.

Absolutely love our little garden building beautiful thatched roof, fantastic quality interior looks stunning led lights and heater for the colder months. I chose to have the lighter interior on the roof which really elevates it with the lights. From beginning to ordering to date of fitting this company is so professional. The fitters were exceptional so polite and helpful constructed within a couple of hours and went through everything every detail with us. Highly recommend . Thanks we love our little slice of paradise in our garden.

From our first contact to completion (we had a roof replacement with new thatch), customer service was excellent. The two guys who attended our Breeze House to do the fitting were very friendly, helpful and professional. From the start to completion the Breezehouse people have been excellent. We cannot find fault with either product or customer service.
We saw the garden building at the Chelsea flower show where we sat in the Mara and realised how comfortable and well appointed for family and friends sharing drinks &food. Jeff the salesman was not pushy but very helpful and patient of our endless questions. The installation guys arrived on time were very polite and super mindful of protecting our existing planting.
