The whole process of designing, ordering and installing the new summerhouse was seamless. Great shout out to Edwyn at the East Bridgeford showroom who assisted us at every stage. The fitters were polite and efficient and were absolutely delighted with the result. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company

Guided to Malvern by the Greenhouse People at Angmering and have used them before, 10+ years ago, that building still looking fine. Whole task went to plan and a lovely building expertly installed and insulated/lined is the outcome. A 'Dry Base' shed base system was used, Malvern working with that company to ensure accuracy of base design and correct scheduling of the whole task- seamless and painless.

Very helpful staff at Blue Diamond Garden Centre gave us all the information needed to guide our choice, and ensure smooth installation. The installation team were excellent, careful, tidy etc., and completed the task in a few hours.
The Malvern Studio Corner is a quality product, and we're very happy with it.
But one point that Malvern should note: the door/s urgenty need some form of door stay. If a door is not hooked back, and the wind catches it - as could easily happen by accident - the nature of the corner building's angles means that there is a risk that the hinges will be torn off the frame.

I bought my garden building from their show site at Webb’s Garden Centre, Frilford, Oxfordshire. Sigi was extremely helpful and patient in guiding me through all the options available. I was buying a 12 x 8 Ashton, and am extremely pleased with it. I used their recommended firm to lay the base - done quickly and efficiently. The guys who erected the building were equally efficient and professional, and 2 months on there have been no problems at all. First class service and product, highly recommend.

Matthew dealt with my initial enquiry, he was very thorough and took me through everything and encouraged me to go to one of the show sites to decide on the finer details which we did. We took delivery of our Malvern summerhouse on the 24th June.
There were a few problems, but I'm pleased to say they have now been resolved by the team at the office and Nathan who came to sort it all out. Nathan was exceptionally thorough in making things right. I would give him 5 stars.

I ordered my Ashton summer house in January. I needed planning permission so had to wait until that was obtained but once it was the summerhouse was ready and installed within a few weeks. I was very impressed with the service. Always far better to talk to a real person not a ‘bot’ and there was flexibility to suit my preferred date to install. The summerhouse itself is gorgeous. I am very happy with the design and the quality. The guys who did the installation were great too working at pace in the rain!

We have an eight feet square Stretton summerhouse which was easy to arrange design colours etc. at Tates South Downs Garden Centre.
Communication with Malvern thereafter was excellent and erection was earlier than forecast which was brilliant.
The fitters came on the day as planned and it was finished by just after lunchtime. They went through everything with us and we have been enjoying it ever since. Everyone who has visited has loved it, including the company who called today to arrange the decking around it. We are not in it at the moment because it is the hottest day recorded in June and the Met Office have issued a Red Alert. Probably will go out in it later this evening because I don't want to watch the World Cup.
My advice is to buy one.

I purchased a heavy duty 10ft pent shed, arrived on time, constructed by the driver and his mate in timely fashion. The finished shed is wonderful and everything I wanted as it is not only a store for much of my fishing equipment, I also work from it during my work from home days each week. I went for the extra heavy duty roof covering, no regrets there as I am sure it will last many more years than normal felt. Love the stable door arrangement, for those hotter days. Everything about my experience with Malvern has been top notch and they now have one very happy customer. Thank You

Stars lost following botched installation. Very professional sales process and excellent comms throughout by Malvern. As required, we paid a deposit when placing the order and the balance 10 days in advance of the delivery date. However, due to installation errors and missing parts, it took 3 visits spread over 6 weeks to complete the build - not impressed. That being said the final product is very good.

The service we received when buying our Hanley garden room was excellent from start to finish. The Malvern sales team were friendly, efficient and kept us fully informed throughout the ordering process. On delivery and installation the team arrived early and worked hard to erect the building and finish it in the time allotted. We were left with additional internal and external paint for future maintenance. We are delighted with the room - the quality cannot be faulted - and would not hesitate to buy from Malvern again or recommend the company to others. Thank you.
