If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a pocket watch for a special birthday gift, it took ten days to arrive and missed the occasion completely. In spite of reaching out for help and advice my messages were ignored. I now need to return the item but to do this you have to contact the company, which is proving impossible. I have submitted three of their contact forms, have sent countless emails and messages via Facebook and Instagram to no avail other than an automated response. The telephone number provided states that their mailbox is full and customer services cannot be contacted by telephone. Absolutely appalling service and it would seem that I am not alone. This company should be avoided at all costs; they are deceiving people into purchasing their not inexpensive products and then abandoning them when they require assistance.

I required a case to protect my new time piece. The Black Vintage Pouch is perfect. Like most leather items designed for this type of use, the time piece was a tight fit. The pouch is beginning to stretch a little like I knew it would. The pouch will fit to a belt or can be carried in a pocket. This accessory is excellent to protect your time piece.

Watch turned up on time and was well packaged, had no problems with the Wed site and would use them again. I have had the Watch for over 20 days and have not had a problem with it, and it has not lost or gained time. Thanks

Watch purchased as gift. Was embarrassing to discover it gained 6 seconds a minute. Brelsen does not readily offer refunds and we had to send a video to 'prove' this watch was absolute garbage. Brelsen does not cover the cost of you returning their garbage, really poor service. Eventually got a refund due to paying by PayPal, but out of pocket by almost £8 to securely return it. I would not recommend buying from Brelsen because of the rubbish they sell and the pathetic customer service. If that's your expectation, then go for it.

Very good, easily navigable website. Good range of watches and prices. Problem-free ordering and delivery came before the due date. My pocket watch is stylish and looks more expensive than it proved to be. Most importantly it keeps time extremely well. The service Brelsen gave me can not be faulted.

Shipping, I must be honest, was slow. The product more than made up for that problem...beautifully brilliant. I hope that the quality holds true...time will tell.

Review is for the service not the product. The product is nice looks great. The service was beyond horrible, I bought this for a friends wedding gift and it took weeks to arrive which I was fine with but after I emailed the company asking for just an update on the order as two weeks after ordering it all it said was “order placed” which only meant I paid for it as that’s what it said I day I placed the order. So two weeks no updates whatsoever and the only reply’s I’ve received have ignored what I actually asked and just reiterated that the order was in process. I finally got annoyed being seemingly ignored and given a generic response and let them know that 2 weeks with no information on the order even after I reached out was very sketchy and I was worried I had been scammed as I have never ordered anything and been ignored for two weeks after. Well funny enough they finally email me telling me the order is processed and now has been handed to the USPS. What’s funny is after weeks of generic robot responses and being ignored they respond to me with that the day after telling them I was going to talk to my bank as this seemed like a fraudulent company from my point of view at the time. So the order arrives the day of the wedding I was in another state and due to the company refusing to do the bare minimum of keeping the customer informed I was unable to get it to the groom in time. If the company had done the bare minimum of responding and letting me know any updates I could have changed the shipping address in time and had it sent to a place in the state with the wedding and gotten it to the groom in time but no Brelsen did not think I was worth the five minutes it would have taken to keep me informed. The products may be nice but this company is horrible when it comes to customer service a simple attempt to keep me informed could have saved this wedding gift but that basic part of business is too much trouble for Brelsen. You can get same quality with much better service elsewhere

Beautiful time piece as described. Bought for grandson's 18th birthday and he loves it. A little delay in delivery but was during period of mail strike. Answered queries within 24 hours. Would use again.
