Very helpful staff at the bromley store. My pre-order was ready before I arrived. Additional items were purchased with great help from the staff. I also used the next day delivery which was also good. No complaints at all.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service from Sandra L at Morpeth - she gave me advice about correct undercoat for an internal upvc door and ordered that paint plus a top coat from Farrow and Ball for me.
Another team member rang me when items came in and when I collected them I got more good advice from Sandra.
Brilliant to experience good old fashioned customer care. Top marks all round.
And my door looked great when complete.
