Helpful and accommodating staff
Ordered online but wanted to collect from a drop box out of hours and there was no option I could see to select this online. After ordering and ringing the store, staff were really helpful in organising this for me which made it really convenient and my life less of a headache.

I ordered Dulux Trade Diamond Matt Pure…
I ordered Dulux Trade Diamond Matt Pure Brilliant White which was on the best price I could find at Brewers.
It was for delivery and the branch I ordered it from did not have any, a member of staff said to me they would pick it up from another branch and have it sent to me in the next hour or so.
It was about an hour later that it was delivered.

Brewers came to the rescue
I was unable to buy the extra tin of paint I needed because the local supplier was not able to continue mixing it as they had done a couple of weeks before, and no other local company could help. Brewers were about 20 miles away but were able to deliver promptly.

We were served by Dave who was both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were served very promptly and offered a complimentary latte (which was lovely). Better still we were able to price match our paint!

Fantastic. Visited an actual store for expert advice which didn’t disappoint. Ordering online in no way offers the expertise of a knowledgeable member of staff. Only one tin of varnish in store but that got us started. Ordered sufficient supplies online which arrived ridiculously quickly so no hold ups there. Price wise = best available. Will definitely return.
