Poor Customer Service / Delivery and Pre Shipping Inspection
1) They undertake to respond to message in a generous 1-2 business days , but simply ignore messages
2) They charge a lot for shipping which if the service is good I do not mind but on the contrary the service is abysmal and Brick Slips do not care.
3) Quality control on packing terrible , mortar bag undone and damaged , could not blame courier as the cling film on top had not been interfered with. Again silence from BSD as to whether this is acceptable.
Annoyingly their ignoring message will only lead to credit card dispute , I could do without the hassle

Great product and a reasonable price
Great product and a reasonable price. Let down by the pallet delivery service. The driver initially refused to unload because the address was on a hill. After a couple of phone calls, and some delay he unloaded.

These brick slips are amazing
These brick slips are amazing. Well worth every penny. They look great up, they’ve been up 7 months now and look so good! We got everything from them, the adhesive, the mortar. Delivery confirmation was given after I contacted them. Oh and I’d recommend the mortar gun
