Josephsandell Opiniones

Lovely fragrances, but slow delivery and no notifications to let me know it was being delivered. I did email but got no reply. Otherwise the wax melts more than make up for the communication technology

Love the Joseph Sandell products - all natural & smell divine. Bought the mixed box of candle melts & it was great to be able to pick & choose the scents I wanted. Highly recommend

Having discovered Joseph Sandell at what was Hintlesham Halls Christmas fair 2025 both my daughter and myself absolutely love your fragranced wax melts! They are truly delightful and I can honestly say that the fragrance really lasts - long may this continue.
I generally buy your pic n mix which is I feel good value for money.
As yet I’ve not found a fragrance that I dislike! I particularly love the rhubarb melt its fragrance is amazing! Enough said - give them a try and discover them for yourselves.

The scents of the diffusers were amazing. The delivery time was rather long and when trying to contact to find out when the order would be sent I got no response. Otherwise I would recommend

Prompt delivery. Nice offer. Would really appreciate refills though so as not to accumulate lots of glass bottles!

I just love Joseph Sandell products, over time I have bought lots of diffusers, candles from different company's but these are the best in my opinion
People walk into my home and comment on the beautiful fragrance

The stand supplied with the free burner and the wax melts pick and mix set is sub standard with lots of bubbles. Should have been quality checked and replaced before sending

I haven't recieved my order! I ordered on Friday 19th of December. Money has been taken but no wax melts have arrived and nobody has got back to my email asking about it.

Great products at a good price and good helpful service. A great small business that deserves a lot of love

Wonderful wax melts, bought at a Christmas fair and two lovely reed diffusers delivered yesterday. Thank you. I will be back.

I first came across Joseph Sandell at a Christmas Market at Jimmy’s Farm. I absolutely love their wax melts.

My husband treated me to an oil burner and pick and mix box. I’ve been burning the first melt for three weeks and it still fills the house with a gorgeous scent.

I’ve treated my daughter to a set with a gorgeous dark blue burner for Christmas for her new house.

I will definitely continue to use these, as it’s wonderful to find a product where the scent actually lasts. Michelle x

Great customer service and super nice products. The wax melts are the best I’ve ever had.

Excellent customer service, lovely products

I love the personal tone of all communication! It feels like being part of an experience.
The pick and mix box is gorgeous! I love the tiny fragments on each wax melt, which add a touch of luxury.
Whilst I have my favourite fragrances, I have never been disappointed trying new ones.

Lovely products. Good customer service.

I had a subscription I really enjoyed receiving these lovely wax melts every month, my favourites were ruby ruby ruby, blanc, southwold blend and surprisingly coffee which I didn’t expect, lovely packaging as well, a lovely company that never let me down, very good ❤️

Beautiful wax melts with a heavenly scent - very long lasting. I’m looking forward to my monthly package of them.

The melt burner is a beautiful design but is hard to get a melt into it - it’s just a tiny bit too small.

Great customer service. Fast delivery. I love the smell of these chunky wax melts. 1/2 a melt is enough. The fragrance lasts ages.

I was visiting relatives and saw the products in Jarrolds. I loved the melts and tea lights so much, I bought one as a house warming gift and ordered two more holders for gifts.
The melts smell delicious and I will be ordering more.

Brilliant customer service! Problems with the original dispatch but after contacting the situation was immediately resolved and we received the items. Having bought before the quality of the items is fantastic
