I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. I moved to a new state a year ago and have had the most difficult time switching my registration over from CA to OR. I faxed them the correct forms MULTIPLE times so they could fill them out and send them to the DMV. It's been a YEAR and still nothing. I've called their customer service many times and they've been unhelpful each time. I've also asked them to update my address on my title multiple times and every time I request a copy my old CA address is still listed. At this point, I don't even know what to do or how to get my car registered in the correct state. I also got a ticket for having expired tags...thanks Bridgecrest!

I scheduled an online bill pay with my bank Wisely on 4/10/23. Wisely said it was "successfully delivered on 4/11/23". My payment was due 4/20/23. Bridgecrest and I have gone back and forth almost everyday since 4/24/23 due to my payment not posting. They asked for my bank statement, I sent it to them, they did not accept it. On 5/17/23, when I got off work, my car was gone. I called the police and they said it was repossessed. To be a single mom with 3 kids dealing with anxiety and depression is difficult, they only added to it - and the amount of daily calling, emails, mail they send out is ridiculous especially when I paid my bill on time. I've missed 2 days of work because of this. This is my 3rd car with Bridgecrest, I had no problems before; but this will be my last car from them.

Makes customers pay for their mistakes

I made on time payments every month until my car was totalled. I didn't have GAP insurance and am responsible for the remaining balance, which is understandable. After the insurance payout, I had a due date of APRIL 26, 2025. Sounds too good to be true, so I called to confirm. I was told once again, this is accurate. Now today, I'm being told that I'm 10 days over due and there is nothing that they can do to correct your error.

Terrible company scam artists

Terrible company they will absolutely ruin your credit. Says I’m 30 days late when I am not late whatsoever. Multiple times they have done this to me and others. Hopefully carvana goes bankrupt along with these scammers. Please do not use this company to finance anything. They will absolutely ruin any kind of credit you have.

Greedy, incompetent, and dishonest

Do not trust this company. I used them to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted through Carvana before someone else did, but that was a huge mistake. In my opinion they're greedy. No wonder Carvana is in financial crisis, from what I've read, using this company they're associated with to finance loans. I also read about how many people have had huge issues getting their title from them, which is a huge issue when refinancing to escape they're ridiculously high interest rate.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Did not respond several times, said they would get back never did. Processes payments earlier than due date, and sent reposession date after I was 1 week past due. Never seen a company this horrible before. Would not recommend for a dog sled.

My name is Tiffany Kirkland last four numbers of my account number with bridgecrest is 5201. I recently refinanced my car with a different company, my car was paid off on 11/15/22, there was a surplus, I called bridgecrest today, 11/21/2022 around 11:00am to inquire about my refund I was told a check was posted to my account but there is nothing saying I'm owed a refund at this time, and I would have to call back in 10 to 15 "business days" just to see if there is any update. I asked the representative why do I have to wait that long if a check was posted to my account and it exceeds the amount that I owe? and why does it take that long in general??? and she replied "is there anything else I can help you with today?"
In other words, she had nothing else to say on the matter; This is why I refinanced with someone else they are very unprofessional, and rude most of the time, they also could have offered to refinance my loan because it was initially 16,000 and now it's down to 10,000, but that's fine I'm paying half of what I was paying before. I would like to get my refund a little sooner than 15 business days which really equates to almost a month counting weekends. I have photos to show they are very aware they owe me a refund. I would never recommend anyone to use this finance company.

Bridgecrest is abusive

Bridgecrest is abusive, charge abusive interest and put consumers on a loop in a way they either never finish payment their car or they pay at least five times more. They do not disclosure at all all the "hidden" (to avoid using the right word for this) fees. Very bad business

I do not recommend Bridgecrest

I have filed complaints with State of Ohio Attorney Generals Office, Better Business Bureau, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau waiting for responses from Bridgecrest. I have called back Kristie B. from compliance like they wanted and left multiple voicemails and still no response from her either. I have paid my car in full and have asked for an adjustment on my credit report due to some issues on their back end including discrepancies. All I've asked is paid in full appear on my credit reports as it should appear and removing late payments or just remove the account entirely from my credit report if its that hard to make an adjustment. I do not recommend to no one.
