Not cheap but good experience.
Not cheap but has varieties I could spend hours scouring the local nurseries trying to find. They know how to package their plants. Tree I ordered was in great condition, did nothing for that season, but the next year really flourished. Would definitely order from again but only if you can't get it locally.
Terrible Tri colored bushes
I received my trip colored bushes yesterday and they were in bad shape. When I opened the box, the first plant I pulled out was dying. Then a second was in the same shape, then a 3rd. I only ordered 7 plants and 4 of the 7 was in rough shape. I ordered from her 2 times and this is the last because 1 time the plants were good, another time they were in bad shape, and now again they were in bad shape. I spent over $230 dollars for this order and I can only IMAGINE how much money they have made doing business like this. I am done ordering from them.

I ordered a 2-3 ft banana plant at a cost of $69.99 without tax. It arrived with yellow and most of the leaves broken. I contacted Brighter BLooms and they told me to just wait and the plant will ultimately have better leaves. At the price I paid, I expected a plant in much better condition
I love it!
I bought and planted a lavender rhododendron in August 2019 from Brighter Blooms. The summer of 2020, there was 1 bud on it, and I was pretty upset but it still looked very healthy. This spring(2021) it really popped will buds and it’s beautiful!!
You lose warrantee if you look at the plant.
Recieved rose bush with dead blooms. When inquired about refund was told everything must be in original packaging unopened. Once package is open. Guarentee is gone. They should be named BrighterScams. Avoid using these folks unless you like giving money for trash.

I am thrilled with the Chicago hardy fig tree I received. It was six times larger than the one I got from another source. It is totally healthy and already has a little bitty fig on it. I am stupid excited.
Great Website, Bad Shipping Condition, Terrible Warranty
Of the three trees we bought from Brighter Blooms, only one arrived in decent shape. Luckily, all seemed to recover during the summer growing season.
Unfortunately, one didn't make it. Brighter Blooms offers a 1 year warranty. We were a few days over the warranty period when we made the claim - we weren't sure the tree was dead until it failed to grow leaves this spring. Brighter Blooms said that we were out of luck.
They would have received 3 stars due to bad communication regarding product shipping and poor condition on arrival but good prices and great website info. They lost a star because of the warranty issue. I know we were technical a few days outside the warranty, but companies with good customer service would have honored it.

Bad shipping
We purchased a Black and Gold Snake Plant. Upon arrival, the pot was broken completely apart leaving the soil in the bag snd the roots exposed. The plant was beautiful with two new leaves coming. We reported and will see what happens. The damage was not caused by the nursery but the shipper.

I purchased an avacado tree from Home Depot Online, which the tree came from Brighter Blooms. The first tree was purchased back in November 2020 and did not begin blooming in the Spring. I called them and they said I had to submit my issue online with accompanying pictures, which I did. The site said allow 24 to 48 hours for a response, which I did. I received an email basically saying "do a scratch test and thank you for your concern". Well the test showed a dead tree. I sent the pics back to them and after i had to follow up and ask about a replacement or refund, they quickly sent a replacement.
I got the replacement and the leaves where sad. They said shipping shock...ok. Two weeks later after leaves brown and falling off. I sent my concerns because I don't want it to die. They responded with "they need more information to determine the issue ".I answered there questions and haven't heard anything since, which is now 72 hours later. Now there are no leaves on it and it looks like I have to watch it die again.
I think I am going to stick to buying my trees directly from the Big Box store!

We bought a Korean Lilac tree last summer. The website CLEARLY said 1 year warranty if the tree does not flower. When the tree arrived (3 weeks late btw), it looked in bad shape. I called them right away as it looked to be a bit rotten. They kept pacifying me saying keep watering, the tree was ok. They kept telling me on the phone, it was covered for a year. It's been 9 months and this spring, i got absolutely NOTHING coming out. Its a dead tree. I call customer service. Lo and behold, there is no such 1 year warranty all of a sudden, when i need it finally.
Do not buy a Wax myrtle from brighter booms
First off, my wax myrtle was packaged very well, and it was shipped very quickly, it arrived in a box & in a container with soil. But right when i took it out of the box, more than half of the branches immediately plopped over..very weak and brittle condition. The leaves were beautiful though, bright green and all , but the condition of the branches was very poor at best. Now that its planted in my yard, there is no improvement in the condition of the branch strength: at least half of the branches are fraying & are lying on the ground floor. Obviously, the roots are extremely weak. I then went to my local nursery instead and bought a second wax myrtle: it ended up being in much better condition and literally half the cost of the one I received from brighter blooms- very strong branches, strong roots, and totally thriving in my yard. In comparing the two, I have serious doubts as to whether the wax myrtle I received from brighterblooms is even going to make it. I will not be purchasing from brighterblooms again. A total $60 rip off. FYI I live in Georgia.

Very disappointed with this company, have placed an order for 15 wax leaf shrubs, needed more placed a second order for the same size 3 gallon quantity 12. Received 12 1 gallons, after contacting them requesting for the right size to be shipped out I receive 12 1 gallons wax leaf shrubs AGAIN, Not sure what kind of people they have working for them or if they even CARE, but my suggestion would be to find better people, if they can’t read an email and resolve the problem correctly I don’t believe I would have them working for me!!! I know I will never order from this company again!!!!

It says the plants will survive winter…
It says the plants will survive winter in wisconsin that’s totally fake. These plants have no chance to make it alive. they can only survive about 32 degrees for a few days. Winter in wisconsin gets at least-25 degrees for a few weeks. So avocado hass surviving winter here is not true. Same for plantains and lemon and more of the Caribean species they have on their website. This company is totally a Scam. I can’t believe trustpilot has positive reviews about this. Well that only shows how corrupt the hole reviews system is. Will see. I do not recommend this website
