My daughter has been at Bright Horizons Callands for about 8 months and she loves every minute of it. The team provide a wide range of fun and educational activities each day, keeping the children happy and engaged. The staff are fantastic—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. As a parent, it's so reassuring to know my daughter is in such good hands. Returning to work was much easier thanks to the confidence and support Bright Horizons has given us. Highly recommend!

I wanted to wait until we completed 6 months but im extremely happy and satisfied with the nursery so far its been 4 months and i feel more and more confident everyday leaving my little one in their care and they cares specially key person for my kid has been amazing i really think i couldnt ask for someone better yo take care of him

My daughter is 3 and has been with Bright Horizons Chilworth since September 2024. I had been torn between two nurseries but decided on Chilworth.
I’m so happy we did. My daughter has flourished under their care and they have helped to shape her into the lovely little girl she is today.
My daughter is always happy to go; she loves the staff. The activities that the children do day to day are interesting, educational and fun. The staff make a lot of effort to ensure the children’s days are busy but they also have the rest they need.

The staff encourage the children to be creative and curious and know how to get the best out of them. My daughter has learnt so much and amazes us and continues to amaze us on a daily basis.
The nursery itself is inviting, it’s a lovely bright space on a single level. The rooms are age related however the walking children mix in the outdoor space which helps for easier transitioning. My daughter knows all the staff, and they know her which makes such a difference.
The facilities are good and the food is fresh and varied, the staff gentle encourage the children to explore new tastes which helps massively at home.
The staff are also a great support to parents, they may the effort to talk to you and support where needed.
I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery and I’m excited to see my daughter continue to grow there.

Our daughter has been going to Bright horizons since January first off she went to portswood but she was having constant accidents at least every pick up she had an accident i understand kids have accidents but every time. She wasn't happy there everytime i picked her up she looked glum and was sat in the corner crying as a parent its heartbreaking to see. You should have trust in strangers looking after your children. I felt some staff needed re training on how to speak to us. Not polite at all. Paige was our favourite but sadly she left. Our daughter is now at romsey bright horizons and its the best decision we made. Within 2 weeks of being there its like a different baby. She's happy with her key workers she has bonded with ruth and both Emily's and its so lovely to see and makes us as parents relaxed. She is getting involved with the activities and loves the book corner and dancing she has made friends, she eats the food provided which is nutritious and have lots of choices for them. She dosent want to come home as she loves her day at nursery. The nursery in romsey is just lovely and makes us proud as parents to see her bloom into her own little person. Sharon the manger is great always says hello and askes how things are which is really important.

Living in the UK without extended family, we have felt very much at home at Bright Horizons Canterbury. They have been very understanding and provide us constant updates about our child and her progress. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a nursery for their little one.

The way my child is developing in her daily routines and her social skills have improved significantly and the credit goes to incredible team here at Bright Horizon Hounslow.

The whole team at Bishop Stortford Pre-School and nursery are absolutely fantastic. My little girl who is 2, moved to this nursery over a year ago and she had thrived here. The management team Sheryl & Vikki are on hand and get stuck right in, and are always there for help and advice when you need it. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone who’s looking.

We moved from Kingston to Elevetham Heath. In comparison BH are worlds apart compared to the smaller independant nursery our first born was at in Kingston. We are kept up to date via the app everyday so we can see how our son is getting on & send messages to the team.

Staff are friendly & caring which creates space for us to feed back as parents and feel confident our voices are getting heard if we have questions or concerns.

Both of our sons now attend BH on Elvetham Heath and we wouldn't have it any other way.

I have confidence and trust in Bright Horizons to give my child the best care. I truly feel that staff have taken the time to really get to know my child and I am well informed of their progress. The app is fantastic and I feel reassured with live updates.

We were very lucky to find such an amazing nursery like Bright Horizons in Sale Greater Manchester.
The Staff is super competent and they really care about the children.
We regularly have info in the app and notifications about activities and progress with photos and descriptions.
My son loves to go there and we are so happy that he feels comfortable and safe in the nursery has he spend most of his time there in the week.

We are extremely happy with the care my child receives at Bright Horizons, the staff adore our daughter and she adores them. I love that she eats so well there with their wonderful chef Mandy and shes vety happy there.

I am pretty shocked to see so many negative reviews on here. I suppose that each BH branch is a separate franchise all connected to the same company and it's a luck of the draw but fortunately we hit the jackpot with BH Southgate. Management is beyond amazing, the ladies in the baby room are wonderful, caring, nurturing and my clingy high needs breastfed baby LOVES going and is so happy there. Honestly those ladies are working some magic, my daughter has only ever been fed to sleep and each day they manage to settle her in her cot for a long nap (or 2!). Anytime we have raised a small issue (such as one time coming home with a nappy slightly small for her) they've instantly corrected it and never made us feel like we were in the wrong for bringing it up.
It feels like an extended family, another place loving our child when we have to be away from her. Couldn't reccomend them enough.

We are in our final few weeks with Bright Horizons rugby after 2 children going through and 6 years. During this time I have no fault or complaint at all - the staff are always so warm, welcoming and reassuring. We have been through a lot as a family over the 6 years and BH have provided a stable constant for us, making big moments easier. Both children flourished when here and I cannot recommend enough. We’re very sad to be leaving.

Our daughter has been in the baby room for 7 months and we could not be happier with Bright Horizons New Eltham.
She LOVES nursery, so much so that she happily sings the names of all the staff members at home. And when we get her ready in the morning she runs to the front door in excitement.
The staff are so warm and welcoming towards us, and show her so much love and care. And they plan fun activities daily.

From the moment we visited the nursery in Woking we know it was a good fit for our daughter's. The staff were very friendly and helpful offering advice on applying for funding etc. We have now been taking our daughter's for over a year and have had no complaints of concerns. All the staff are very kind and caring and we love seeing the smiles on our daughter faces when they are at nursery. The key workers and other staff take a genuine interest in daughter development and provide regular updates. Biggest compliment I can give is we feel very comfortable leaving our daughters at the nursery.

All feels good except the notice period of 2 months which is double to general practice of 1 month

Terrible and unreliable service, they cancelled on me last minutes with no backup care though I had a confirmed booking more than a month ago and double checked a week ahead of my appointment

I was issued the first month’s invoice showing that the funded childcare hours had been allocated. I paid the amount shown on that invoice in good faith, believing the funding had been accepted and my daughter’s place was secure.

Approximately 3weeks later, the nursery informed me that the funding code did not work and issued me with a bill of around £1,000 and then also next months would be around 1000. I couldn’t afford for her to go if that’s what I had to pay. I had put in the mandatory reconsideration sent evidence as it was based on only 6 months work and not a full year for self assessment. Whist this was being looked into I was then told that if I did not pay by 5pm that day, my daughter’s nursery place would be withdrawn. Which it was..
