The process commenced with Andrew Stean, our initial point of contact. His advice and professionalism made us feel at ease and comfortable about handling our situation. He provided us with choices and opportunities without pressure.

Andrew advised us at every opportunity and presented challenges that we could have encountered otherwise. His positive and helpful attitude facilitated our smooth progression to the next steps.

The subsequent steps were also relatively straightforward although there were minor frustrations with digital communication, such as signing protocols. This does not reflect the level of support and service provided by Joanna Bozek and her colleagues Amy Schofield.

I was unable to recall the name of the gentleman I spoke to over the phone when I expressed my frustration. However, he acted professionally and to the best of his ability to provide answers to my minor but significant issues. Unfortunately, these issues were beyond the remit and control of the team. They handled them professionally and calmly, keeping me calm and assuring me that my concerns would be addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.

Although technically these issues were beyond our control, we were able to find a solution.

Overall, the level of service from application to the final destination is exceptional. This group of individuals and company consistently makes you feel comfortable and confident in your decisions.

Trying to place a tricky case for a client with quite a few needs that could not make work with high street lenders. After discussing with initial contact at Brightstar it was quickly made clear this was something they could place with a lender on their panel. The process at this stage was quick and simple. A huge weight off my clients mind as well as mine. The process was a little clunky after this due to some repetition of case requirements. However, importantly things progressed through to completion. Thanks to the team for their work on this from start to finish, even contacting the clients solicitors to check on the progress of the purchase and report to me and my client.
