This has not been a straight forward transaction. What has made this work is the excellent communication from Molly Reader and Stacey Forrester.
Whilst there have been delays, the strength of communication has allowed me to keep my customers informed avoiding unnecessary frustration.

I must say I am very impressed with how quickly things moved with our second charge mortgage. We worked with Andy all the way through and I strongly recommend the service that was provided. He was accurate, understanding, very fast with getting back to us & a great person!
Later on in the process we also worked with a lady called Amy, she was also very good & was great overseeing the final stages as the case progressed.
At a time when it normally is stressful, it felt like an absolute breeze & I cannot thank Andy enough, there was a lot of challenges for our case & he navigated it perfectly & professionally.

Needed a large loan, things had got a bit stressful. Brightstar were amazing! Great comunication and dealt with very quickly. I have never met anyone from the company but the 3 people i had any dealings with (maninly Dave) were very nice & polite, calm & nothing was too much.
