Casey at brinkleys estate agent is amazing, she is the reason I will use this estate agent again in the future.

She was so helpful, kind and made my process go smoothly, if there was any complications she was quick to resolve them for me, she made my life so easy, and for that I thank her. Highly recommended.

We have used Brinkley,s for the last eight years to rent our properties out .
Service on the whole has been good and the tenants they have found us have been good .

as a landlord of several properties Anne has always give 110% in a very professional manner and always available for any issues or queries I may have.

Very rude and unprofessional. Just called with a query on one of the rental properties available on their website and got told it's under offer, the offer will surely be accepted and end of conversation. Didn't even spend 2min to have a chat.. we might have gone above the price the owner got, but their "estate agent" didn't even give them that chance... very poor!

Our experience with Dhruvika Patel in the property management section has been excellent. She has been unfailingly responsive, professional and understanding and works hard to resolve maintenance issues as smoothly as possible under challenging circumstances (a slow to respond landlord). Her excellent communication and interpersonal skills have helped ease the frustration we (the tenants) have experienced with our landlord.

We rented a property through Brinkleys and the property management was expertly handled by Zulekha Warid, who has been on hand to assist with any minor issues we've had or need to communicate with the landlord. We've had a great experience with Brinkleys and would definitely recommend!

Graeme Gordon at the Wimbledon Park office did a wonderful job guiding me through my first purchase. He was always quick to respond to my messages, and his cheery and helpful manner was a blessing in a very stressful time!
